"Picked up a lady from Lekki to Bariga. She came out with a man and his appearance gave out this sugar daddy look.
Lady was so crying bitterly. She entered the car while the man walked back to the entrance of his house.
Was about going when I saw him wave at me to come meet him.
Excused myself to meet with him.
Then he said "that girl no get sense, if she say make you carry her come back here, no gree. Her mama no well and she die today. The girl get mind come camp here for days leaving her sick mother".
I was speechless as he narrated. Tipped me 20k.
Entered my car and she asked, "what was he telling you?" I answered, "nothing, he pleaded to drive safely since you're special to him".
She kept crying and making calls. All I could hear from the phone was screams and yells of people.
Finally got to her destination. See crowd.
People were shouting at her for not listening to her mum.
Apparently, her mum warned her not to go anywhere but to stay with her since her health wasn't 100%.
But she didn't listen, rather she ignored her mother to go collect preeq and money."

ReplyDeleteWhy is that most of the parents that suffered so much to raised their kids are mostly rejected or abandoned by those kids they suffered for . My God mother is a single mum of 4 , she single handedly raised her kids ( their father remarried when the kids were very young) this woman dated many politicians , she hadly stay at home . But those children turn at well, the first born to the last are all doctors in abroad while the last is an engineer in one of the big company in Nigeria. This children loved their mama so much, in fact she always shuttle all the countries are children are all residing. But have seen some that will not even care if the mama is dead or not. It is better to just try your best to raised them and leave the rest to God .May our children be a source of joy to us in our life and our old age.
