Singer Tiwa Savage Explains Why She Wears Medicated Glasses

Singer Tiwa Savage has opened up on her struggle with poor eyesight.

In a video posted on her Insta-stories, the Singer gave an update on her eyesight

In her words:
"Guys the last two or three years, I have been noticing that I will be squinting sometimes and when I read some stuff, it would be getting blurry. And in the last few months, I noticed it got really bad that sometimes I will have to screen grab a message and then go back into my camera and zoom. So when I was in London, I said let me go and see the optician. So my long sight is okay for now. not great;but my short sight (shakes her head).Like literally, I will be in a restaurant and I won't be able to read the menu. But for now, your girl is back and you know I needed to make some luxury and got myself a cartel pair because AGB don't play. Do i still look sexy?".

  6. I am an eye specialist. Your condition is called presbyopia. It caused by aging. It happens to everybody and nothing to be ashamed of. As we humans get older, we start to losing the refractive power of the eye or the ability to small prints. That is why we start to push small prints further away from us in order to see clearly because, we use less power to see at hands length than closer to our face. When your age is over 37 and you starts to experience inability to see small prints, please, see an eye specialist in your area. Cheers.

    1. You lie, you already made diagnosis without even knowing what her problem is, you can become dry leaves with your aging but leave tiwa out of it, I know people in their old age who read well and kids who have eye problems.

    2. In my own case I can't see clearly when things are far from me. But when I hold a book no matter how small the prints are I can read it.

    3. Thanks doctor, what Tiwa described is mostly associated with aging.

    4. I disagree with your diagnosis. I stated using reading glasses before I was twenty, and I'm in my early fifties. It's not really about aging.

    5. @ Anons 15:34. How can you say I lied. You are just been ignorant. Tiwa does not hide her age. She is over 40 years old. Those people you said that read small print at old age, are shortsighted and they can manage to see small printed but they still need their progressive or bifocal lenses to see 100 percent. Learn how to argue constructively and stop been confrontational. Peace!
