    2. Please how will a DNA result proving that your son is the biological child of his father be manipulated to allow his late father’s royalties be paid to his grandfather?

How can your FIL say a DNA must be done before your late husband is buried and then you would rather he stays lying in bits in the morgue while giving conditions for the DNA testing and waiting for a court order?

How can you still be talking about royalties while your late husband was exhumed and remains unburied even after you have received donations of over 100 million naira over his demise?

Did Iyabo Ojo not say that this lady said she couldn’t pay for the DNA test as she was not working and that her FIL should pay? How come now she is talking about “court order and conditions?”

What point was she trying to make talking about Mohbad’s fear of doctors getting bribed?

  2. Why is she hesitant to do paternity test, is there skeleton in your cupboard? If yes, let's know.

    2. If you read all that, you won’t be making this comment.

She is not hesitant to do a paternity test. She has asked for conditions to ensure that it is done transparently but her FIL wants her to bring Mohbad’s son to him for the tests. He has also not replied the terms she set out. Rather, he is interested in collecting money from people to keep the internet theatrics going.

You people need to be careful with the type of accounts you follow. Blogs like gistlover, Tunde, Cutie and of recent very dark man, are very toxic and destructive. You see the first and last I called, they will start as freedom fighters then go behind to collect money and sway their following with wicked manipulation. They’re down is coming and the God I serve knows it will be epic. Those two are NOT good people at all, but Nigerians love groupthink when it’s sprinkled with small radicalism, hypocrisy and judgmental. The first one releases nudes of people, causes chaos with her sponsored lies, while some sheep will be shouting Oba Oba. Do you know the spiritual implication of calling a faceless rabble rouser your king? God have mercy on some of you. You see the last, that dory man collects money to paint a narrative and subvert Justice. He will be forming alternate facts, unpopular truth speaker and so on but he is a very sexist and greedy man, who sells his voice to the highest bidder. It pains me when I see women in particular follow him blindly, when he is laying a foundation for your very own destruction.

Anyway, some of their disciples will still insult me for what I have said. May God open your eyes and hearts to the truth.

      Make Dem park well.

      What conditions for DNA test.

Call DNA tests centers to come do the tests two or three go jump at the offer for publicity sake.

Apply to court, order will be made sharply with necessary safeguarding directions.

All of them be deceiving themselves.

  3. So heartbreaking

She is more worried about her son's safety and life. If they really want to do DNA test, let them follow due process. It is well with you and your sonshine, losing ones partner is not a good thing at all.

  9. Nonsense..

Some of these women just really take people for a fool sha..
Does anyone need to obtain court order before doing DNA test? Like is this girl alright at all? Court is only involved when there is contention as regards to the paternity but there won't be contention if the lady agrees to do it ab initio..

Them dey even offer am 10 million and she dey talk long story.. like who does that.. it's just like the bastards here that are arguing with myself on what my job is.. no be me dey even ask anyone that want confirmation to bring money.. a whole business man like me😁.. soft hustle.. imagine someone wanting to pay you to confirm something you have or are sure about.. but in her own case she is even refusing the 10 million naira .. aunty.. You dey whine yourself oh..

Like I always say, Be Firm With Your Decisions, Women Know What They Are Doing... If you like let them play you with all these victims acting and all..

BTW, someone said I should tell you that he is still open for anyone who wants to confirm what isn't their business to bring a property agreement of 50m and above with 10percent cost or incorporate a company of 150m share capital and above..
Don't you want to out me to be a fraud? Why is no one standing up to this challenge?
    Dumb mutherfvckerz..

    1. They likely need a court order to get Mohbads dna sample as he’s deceased. That same order would then direct them to proceed. They could use the mothers dna and that has a different level of accuracy and requires you to be sure the mother gave birth to him
Fils sample is not the best especially here where paternity is questioned

How long has Mohbad's body been exhumed.

How long has this DNA matter been in his morgue cabinet.

How long does it take to get a court order to do DNA test.

Was it said that she is being represented by a senior lawyer's law office.

Please only questions were asked o.

      Delete
    5. 13:31 it’s not actually clear that anyone has filed a request with the court for dna testing so I can’t tell how long the court has had the issue before it. I do know if the fil is the one that wants dna then he should be the one to file the request and he hasn’t said he has.
The senior lawyers are not trying to request dna test for her because she doesn’t need it for anything at the moment as far as I can see

      Delete
    6. Her condition is that papa Mohbad should sponsor her and the child to 3different countries including USA just for ordinary DNA test that can be done even in her village.

    7. @14:10
      More questions:
Have her lawyers read the judgment of the Court of Appeal stating clearly that DNA test need not be done in the Abroad?

Do her lawyers know the lawyers who asked for Abroad DNA test in that case decided by the Nigerian Court of Appeal?

Do you want the case reference cited for you to go check? Do you have such time?

If Mohbad was alive, cash overloaded, denying paternity plus child/spousal financial support, and DNA result is needed to grant her access to finance, would the DNA matter have spammed so much talk and many demands?

She is the person holding up the DNA testing. No court order is needed for DNA testing.

      Delete
    8. No court order is needed to get Mohbad's DNA. His mother and "claimed" father (based on the mother's denial of his fatherhood) are alive. The both of them can sign consent form for the sample to be collected. Court order is needed when one party does not want to do the DNA test. Since Mohbad is dead and his "father" is demanding for the test, who needs to be compelled by order of court to do the test. Who is asking for court order to be compelled to do the test. Who wants special arrangements to do the test that is almost routine in Nigeria today because of economic emigration.

  14. I'm sorry Lady, it's painful to lose your loved one. However, you can't be writing long pity epistles about your love and father in law every Orie market day on social media. If there is anything to be done through court, do it. If not, mourn and face your life and care for your child.
All this talk about Royalties, y'all are sounding as if Mohbad is Michael Jackson or some musical prodigy. I don't know how many streams his songs will still get in the next year or two. Some battles are not worth fighting or should be fought with great wisdom.
This guy died due to adverse drug reaction, all this blame you people are trying to give to everyone else isn't useful. Bury the young man and be done with it so everyone can start to move on.

N.B I dislike how Nigerians can overuse words that were coined just for fun, to the point of cringiness. First it was 'Mother-in-love', now it is Sonshine. Yuck!

  17. It's high time people stop middling on this matter, and allow the family to take a decision. A lots of people collected money both celebrities and they were all shouting Justice for Mohbad, today where are those that took bribe, everyone is now silent. I can't imagine what this family are going through. It will be better for them to keep quite and stop responding to people. I'm NOT supporting anybody. But It will so difficult to know the exact truth of this matter,, we don't even know what to believe, but what l know is that some people are behind this acts.. So let's be careful with our words.

  19. To be sincere you don’t need all these long episodes, kindly tell your legal team to consult your father inlaw and let him know when to go for DNA and it simple as that, if you don’t do do it for anything at least for the sake of the son you claimed you’re protected, you actually not protecting him for anything if you insisted not to conduct the dna test to prove him a legitimate and biological son of late Ileri Oluwa(Mohbad) because if you allow this circulating news about the child being a concubine child and you refused to clear the air about it and later in future the child grow to see all these and he’s living in shame, he might decided to plan against you, you know internet never forget, leave a legacy the child would thank you for, he can’t ever appreciate you for this trash you’re putting on his head
