That should be a punishable offence. Why will you not like dodo or crispy plantain chips??? πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    1. Blend and use it to make swallow.

    2. You can roughly blend it in a food processor or blend smooth for swallow.
When you cook it for porridge, dont cook for too long just for several minutes and then you take out from the cooker and cover to soften it before you serve.

    3. Soak it for like 30 minutes before cooking it.

Usually, I'll soak it while I'm doing other stuff and by the time I'm ready to cook it, the whole thing would have been soft enough.

    4. Oat is oat, It's the brand name and packaging that makes it different. The method you use is what makes it hard. Check the quantity you add to the water. Also know that it becomes solid when it gets cold.
Don't throw it away, rather look for the best method to enjoy it.
