You can publish it Ina newspaper,paste it on his front door or serve him via his social media handles etc. As long as the court is satisfied that he has sufficient notice of the petition against him,the matter will go on in court with or without him. If not,some wicked spouses will evade service for donkey years,holding the petition to ransom for years.
