DeleteThis is very healthy way of cleansing the gut and internal organs. I do the TRE, spice tea(ginger, turmeric, rosemary, clove and black pepper), three cups every morning. It suppresses hunger and cleanse the entire body. I eat within 2-4pm( mostly vegetables, fruits, protein and moderate carbohydrates) .

I just want to rant this morning. Female bosses are something else. I'm a serving corp member who just resumed this January at my ppa which is a boarding school. The school was providing food for us until a new administrator who is a woman came in. In fact this was one of the selling point to us when we were posted here. She has now asked them to stop giving us food. I don't even have a stove or even pots to cook with. I'll have to wait for the 33k to buy foodstuff, cooking utensils and also a stove by the end of the month. I teach 5 classes as a corper but giving us food is where they draw the line. I adopted the 0-0-1 method for eating my beverages, I almost fainted so I have changed it to 0-1-0 make person pikin no die abeg. She couldn't even pre inform us so we can prepare for the change.

One day, I went straight to our director and reported her and she was summoned. Few days later when I went to sign my form, she said “so you went and reported me” I said yes ma.
From that day, she gave me space.

ReplyDeleteMy children school have been mapping their Ibadan rail trip to the zoo before the bomb blast incident, Je suis supri when they still insisted they are going after the blast 🤔🤔🤔 anytime I remember that Abuja-Kaduna rail kidnap some years ago, I just can't let them go, I don't think it is wisdom to allow children travel from Lagos to Ibadan by rail with the precarious situation in I badan. Ordinary inter-house sports we had in Lagos here, children were not properly monitored ,uhummm any journey wey pass Lagos, I no dey, mo.sorry gan 😔😔 would rather use the 15k per child to do something for them.
