ReplyDeleteThere are women in the suburbs of Ejigbo-Ikotun-Egbe,Ijegun-Egan, Elijah-Badagry, Onosa-Bogije-Eleko in Epe axis who do same, some wake as early as 3am to make the food and still prepare the kids for school so they all leave early to beat traffic before 4:30am but funny enough twice or more in a week the food doesn't get to the office, they're eaten in traffic especially those from mainland to 3rd mainland onwards the Island. It's a crazy jam. Yes, we see families eat out their lunch in the gridlock.
DeleteI took food to work,DH did, our last set of twins did, the rest had theirs provided by school but I wasn't the one making the early mormor 4am dishes,our housekeeper did and she sleeps every work day from 11am to 1pm, that's her "flajor" hours before she does any other thing for the day. Don't bother calling her line,she's dozing.
The days it wasn't feasible,we bought food close to our different locations,the little ones I buy with food flask nearby for them.
This man in the picture can buy food please,there are always worthy canteens near office premises. He was being lazy or whatever making his colleague to provide "2 spoons".
Food joints if in Lagos, has CEOs sending staff with flasks or driving in to eat by themselves.
And slow down with the uncouth vituperation, the woman should go work too.😏🥺
