Singer Tiwa Savage Meanders Into Nollywood With 'Water And Garri'

Music sensation Tiwa Savage is making her debut in Nollywood with an upcoming film titled "Water and Garri" produced by Everything Savage and Unbound Studios

“Water and Garri” follows is the story of Aisha (played by Tiwa Savage), an ambitious fashion designer who returns to her home nation after being abroad in the United States for ten years. With changes at home, including increased violence and rising tensions, Aisha must learn to live with her scars and confront the guilt she has left behind while reuniting with family, old friends, and her former love.

The film, directed by Meji Alabi, combines cinematography and storytelling while starring talented actors such as Mike Afolarin (Far From Home), Andrew Bunting (Dynamite), and Jemima Osunde (New Money). The film is set to be released on Amazon Prime Video.

Oh my my, you don’t want to see both of them in movies , they will just be doing like imbe’… Pasuma will now be smiling unnecessarily and acting like he is reading the scripts out, God help you if he plays a sad scene( very emotionless dude looking clueless).

  16. Congratulations to her.

Her bitter divorce left me with a bad impression of her even though I do not know her personally. Funny enough her ex is still protecting her. What do I even know.
