Haba Stella which one is lizard fishπππ
ReplyDeleteStella, that looks like Mackerel aka eja Titus. Extremely nutritious fish with all the healthy Omega. This Titus fish is almost comparable to the healthy salmon.
ReplyDeleteWhen it was 1st released in Lagos, a lot of people denigrated it calling it eja oku dead fish because it was brought in frozen; so only the poor bought it and of course we chop am well for boarding school.
Only for me to travel and learn of the many healthy benefits. Omo, When my child was very very young, I will just bake this Titus fish abi na Mackerel for him very often. Very healthy something.
We still do so oh. Mackerel is always in my deep freezer, that and salmon.
Oh, BTW it is fabulous with okro soup Chai, also to just soak garri. Chai Chai Chai. We bake it in the often and in addition to the fresh frozen one store the baked batch too. I no dey buy dry fish again here because of the extra aliens you see in them. I bake a batch of Mackerel and use for soups.very good something.
That beans would bang
