DeleteOne should do good due diligence at every turn of a business investment. Revolution plus and other noisy real estate market players were very akin to the crypto scams that all crashed last year. You need to ask yourself: with the costs of advertising, celebrity endorsements and the complementary rice and ram, what's the margin of profit in a country where land in good areas is quite pricey for the average pocket and land laws are still in evolution? These guys have gave SBF/Logan Paul vibes.
Clearly, they were either looking to sweep in people who can't keep up with the monthly payments and will lose all their capital and monthly payments and even be in debt or there was no land in the first place because who would be around to try case which would also cost money? The third option is that the caterpillar of LASG will use the buildings to practice because the plots were not legally allocated hence the spending jamboree on rams and rice.
God will restore all this man has lost and hopefully, he has the physical and electronic proof to pursue a case with lawyers who will agree to a fraction of what he gets back.
He should focus on a down payment in the country where he is settled and begin again. If it's honest money, Luck will still smile on him.

ReplyDeleteThe guy is chasing clout.i watch VDM post on IG today about this issue and VDM reach out to the owner of revolution home which they brought out recipes n the document that the guy did not pay completely for 3 of the property he bought.he paid 3m for other property and they have given him all the documents he need for the one he paid fully for.
