Talking about this Biafran war
ReplyDeleteI heard that it was because they killed millions of Igbos, they now asked them to start giving birth to plenty children in order to cover up for the ones they killed .
So till now, that is why they give birth to football teams even when they don't have the capacity to train them
Aunty Happy New Year! Please stay away from “I heard that” or “hear say” in the year 2024.
DeleteYou can easily access google from your phone.
I think it’s any/every tribe in naija. Not just Igbo people. I’m yoruba and my people sabi born kids too ehn.
DeleteRead what you typed and see if
DeleteRead what you typed and see if it makes sense. Is having plenty children limited to the Igbo tribe? They had more kids before the war.
DeleteWho told you that stupid story? Where and where is the football team in igbo land bikini. Mtcheww
DeleteRie nsi there. Read up and stop allowing your shallow mind do the talking. You heard??? Read and educate your mind. Ewu Gambia. Vexed much.
DeleteIgnorant much. This is 2024...choose knowledge and enlightenment.
Delete13.08, aren't you tired of trying to stir up trouble in this new year?
DeleteYou should begin to think about your future and how you want this year to end, instead of doing things as childish as this on a blog.
Na wa o
May God help you. Chai!
DeleteWar isn't a good thing
ReplyDeleteI am not an Igbo, but your comment is derogatory.
ReplyDeleteVery derogatory
DeleteYou need to do some extensive research on events that led to the war. Let's move on from sticking to what our elders told us only. I learnt a lot about this war all on the internet. There are lots of unbiased reports. Do your research, please.
ReplyDeleteYou mean. You other tribes stopped killing igbos today!!! With your hate.
ReplyDeleteNo be igbo soilders first go kill Sardauna and Tafawa Balewa ? They now installed Ironsi. Hausa pple now retaliated. That is the histroy and nothing can change it. no sentiments attached !
DeleteAnon@ 13:08 e be like say cement dey your brain!
ReplyDeleteNa dust day his/her head..just day yarn like person wen smoke raw sh_t..
DeleteA good analysis of the war will show the lessons that everyone ought to takeaway from the war. For me, I have the following:
ReplyDelete1. The Igbo tribe and anyone called Igbo needs to learn humility and selflessness from other tribes. When the first coup was done, they did not see the counter-coup coming. the counter-coup led to the civil war and this led to the unnecessary waste of lives of innocent people on both sides of the divides.
2. Till today, the Igbos still show the traits and the habits that led to the civil war in everything they do. This implies that another war may still happen if care is not taken. They need to see all human beings as being equal. we are all same before God. The same way you think you are better than the others is the same way others feel. The difference is how you show it.
3. Igbo people should know that no one has monopoly of violence. They tend to always believe that other tribes are docile and lazy while they are strong and smart. What they have not realized is that fire does not know whoever kindles it. Fire burns. War can go either ways. Be careful.
4. Scars cannot become a normal flesh again. The pain and scar of the civil war is still there.
5. Peace may be expensive but it's worth it. Nigeria should learn to live in harmony.
Finally, we need to admit we are diverse but we should create platforms that will allow us live in unity. The Regional System of government seemed to have been the best era of Nigeria. We need to strengthen this more and allow center to handle our National Security and other issues like that.
While Northerns are busy kidnapping. Killing millions every year, making nigeria worse than it is. What do we call that ? Bolence??? You see the hate you all have for igbo will choke all of una!!!
DeleteOponu
DeleteGo and read some book if you're referring to the person that advised the igbos to be humble. We know who dey support in Russia/Ukraine and Hamas war. They know they won't stay quiet if a Yoruba killed all their generals. . you go find trouble you come dey shout fire. Fire kill you there.
