On Saturday January 27, 2024, the newly Sworn in Kogi State Deputy Governor, Salifu Joel Oyibo and his wife prostrated before Yahaya Bello ( the immediate past governor of the state) and his wife.

ReplyDeleteNigeria is one big cruise. The things that happen in this country sometimes make no sense anymore. Corruption and godfatherism are winning.
ReplyDeleteIf this is not the case how can a governor be sworn in and his Chief of staff is the nephew of the immediate past governor.
Most governors take time, after their inauguration, to pick commissioners and other aides after due consumption. But this one came with an already prepared list that has many names of people that had just served.
For the man above and his entire kindred to kneel before the past governor tells that Yahaha Bello is still the governor of Kogi State.

Yahaya Bello is simply immature, even if they will prostrate for you in private you should not allow such in public, especially such a national event on live TV with the VP, Party chairman etc. in attendance. Totally unnecessary
