Interesting Story...

This Story Will Make you thank God for How it twisted.....

''I bashed someone’s car yesterday evening where it was parked. A Lexus 470. I felt so bad that the owner would come and meet the car in that state.
So I waited for about 40 minutes thinking the owner would come. After which I dropped him a note hung on the car’s wiper.

Left in the note an apology with absolute regret and owning up to take responsibility. With my number included.
So I drove off. I got home and I was expecting a call from the car owner. No call came in throughout yesterday and I was worried.

I worried if the breeze had blown the note off or something. I was just so concerned about the owner of the car.
So this morning a call came in. It was concerning the car. I apologized and explained how I waited to see if the owner would come around.
We talked and at a point changed to WhatsApp video. It happened that if I had not left behind a note, the driver of that car would have lost his job. The owner of the car confirmed that to me.

It was the driver who took the car out and with tears brought him the note

He said if not for the note, he would get him arrested, get him to pay for the light, and then sack him because his salary can't buy the light.

I told him he shouldn’t do that. He said not anymore since I am paying.
He decided that he would send his account details but later told me not to worry.
I am grateful to God for not making my action to have cost someone his job—a father and husband.
He would have been treated badly, while his kids and wife would be left saddened by whatever would have happened to their dad and husband.''

  3. What a kind hearted soul. Some would've just walked away quietly. God bless you for not allowing the innocent driver to loose his job.

  5. "...because his salary can't buy the light".
Whilst I'm glad everything worked out in everyone's favour, the line above stuck out to me.

The fact that the boss doesn't pay his employee, who is a father and husband, a liveable wage is disheartening. Him saying he would had his driver arrested over a broken tail-light, is a clear example of 'abuse of power'.

This story highlights more than simply doing the right thing!

  6. This same thing happened to me. A driver bashed my parked car. The people around said he looked for me and when he didn't find me, he drove off till date. I spent N20k repairing the car. Was so bitter.

If not for the note, the family may be laying curses on him. Thank God for wisdom.

  8. Thank God, the person has conscience unlike some persons that will knock down someone with their car and speed up.

  11. One day at my office car park after the close of work, I noticed a scratch on my car and a note on my wheelscreen that had a phone no. I didn't call the no, it was enough that he left his/her no to call showing it was deliberate.

  12. So as I stepped out this evening to go get some stuff.
As usual, each time I'm going out, " I see am fans" will always be there with their noise.
"This person said this, that person said that"
Some of them will be touching their eyes as the sign to show ' I see am', see the woman.
The noise is every where like all eyes will be on you when I'm not a celebrity.

One voice said to my hearing, " make una allow this woman rest".

Not all that wears cloth is normal.
Many are mad few are roaming.
