PINKYS CORNER
She is a beautiful lady with a very nice stature. She is married to a young man and God has blessed them with two handsome boys(age 3 and 5). But this lady is not contented at all. Though, I don't know her too well but from what happened, have been able to draw my conclusion.
She has a shop where she sells beverages and alcoholic wines. The husband was then a yahoo boy who was lucky enough to dupe his clients and open up a shop for his wife. But, seems, things have changed and the money isn't coming again. He has sold his car and almost everything but only left with his house where he stays with his wife and children. It seems the husband began to notice some funny movement and attitude about her but she kept denying.
On the 30th of December 2023, exactly 5:15pm, he was at his wife shop but only met his children. They told their dad that, their mum went to get something and not only that, he also met a lady who happens to be a friend to his wife helping her to monitor the shop pending her arrival. The husband waited for like an hour and she didn't come back and he left. You know how some yahoo boys act now. Because he had nothing again, he has become something else. Like going to ogogoro joint and so on. From the right source, it was at that place he went to take shepe, he was informed about all the nasty ways of life about his wife. The person who told him happens to be a loyal boy to him when he had money then.

The husband didn't believe what the guy said and in order to make him believe, he took him to the area so he could see for himself. Their plans was to go there and get information but they never knew she will be at the place. On getting to the area, they were still trying to look for someone to ask some questions when mama came out from a small lobby with a guy. She saw her husband and she almost fainted. The wife couldn't come near. He asked her several questions but she was so scared to answer. Their noise attracted neighbors in that same compound. They came out and tried calming him down. One of the neighbors said " he never knew the lady was married and she still has to come rent a room here ". Another one said, abajo ti a fi ma nri orisirisi okurin pelu e.
The husband went back to her shop, sent her friend away and almost wanted to beat her, changed the shops padlocks and went home with his children. But guess what? On the 31st which happens to be on Sunday, the husband brought a vehicle and packed everything in that shop, including the two chillers and took them away. He didn't bother locking the shop again.
Have been trying to get in touch with that individual to give me update. I want to know the end result.
What would have made a married woman behave in that manner? To the extent of renting a room somewhere very far to your shop because you want to sell your kpekus. This is is bad though. Is it because the guy has nothing again or what? Abi na work wey she dey do be that before the guy marry am ni? These are questions I really love to find an answer for. The couples are so young. From source, the lady is 31years and the guy is 36years.

ReplyDeleteDUE TO THE HEATWAVE AND HIGH TEMPERATURES CURRENTLY IN NIGERIA, SNAKES, ESPECIALLY COBRAS, SEEK REFUGE IN COOLER PLACES LIKE INSIDE HOMES.
SAFETY TIPS
1. Avoid leaving windows open for too long. Cobras and Mambas can reach heights that are very high.
2. Avoid leaving your front doors open for fresh air in the evenings. These reptiles are absolutely STEALTHY (too quiet). You won't hear or see them go inside your house.
3 Before sitting under the tree that has that cooling shade, check the branches that there are no snakes lurking in the branches.
4. Check your bed and surrounding before you go to bed, cobras are notorious for hiding under the sheets.
5. Avoid the age old trend of liking to chill outside of the house, with mattresses and wrappers in the evening. Most reptiles are nocturnal (hunt at night and more effective)
6. Not only snakes might bite you, but also the age old human enemy; the centipede (Mosithaphala), which is fast and very venomous.
7. Clear bushes round your house. They attract rats and mice which are the favourite snacks of the most dangerous snake’s favorite meal.
8. Buy snake repellent powder and pour it round your yard. You will definitely decrease the chances of a snake ever visiting your home by 90%.
Beware of confronting snakes that get into your homes. Some snakes can't be killed easily, vothers like the black mamba are very cocky. If threatened, they will chase you at an alarming speed and give multiple bites while still on the chase; and bitten victims may not live to see the next forty minutes. So, just be very careful when trying to kill those snakes.
Stay well and be safe. It's snake season. It's very hot and they are highly active and get agitated and angry very fast.

DeleteI visited my uncle on new year day and saw a snake the son killed that new year morning. My uncle had sat under the tree shade planted in his house when a tiny snake fell from the branch of the tree and hit on his foot and ran very fast.
DeleteThe smoothness of the ground couldn't let it run very fast. His son quickly reached out to the stick close by and hit it twice. That was how it was killed.
It could have entered their room and hid itself in a quiet place.
Pls be careful guys. Block every holes in your house wurgy cement. Always lift up object while sweeping your house mostly the bed.

ReplyDeleteSigh. So over the weekend we traveled to warri, to my inlaw's. I can't go to my family house cos it's empty and for obvious reasons. I wasn't ready to face my reality. Okay. Getting to my inlaw's place, we met my brother inlaw's kids already on holiday. A boy and a girl(3 and 7 respectively). Me I don already tire for my head cos I was really hoping to rest from my kids wahala, only to now add 2 more kids to my already 20 (2🙄) kids. Without their parents! These 2 kids are very close, and rightly so.
Andre that stays where he hardly see kids in ph was already so excited and running around anyhow 🤦
As an adult, I would totally withdraw in my shell cos I wouldn't want to impose. But how I go explain that nonsense to 3yr old hyperactive Andre??🤦... Every 5secs, Andre don run go meet them. Most times they will be telling him "leave here, leave here!", make I hear say Andre go! Andre will Tanda there o. The thing will be making me feel somehow. I go dey console myself with "they're kids"... In my mind, make Cleo big make Andre get playmate abeg.
Yesterday, all my wisdom flew out the window. Andre and the boy was running around, and the boy fell. Everybody was shouting at Andre. Because true true Andre really too dey play. Even me sef, I even scolded him. "Andre you play too much!"
Of course, 2secs later Andre don run go their room again. From where I was sitting in the living room I was hearing... "choo choo! leave here!", for the first time in my life, I saw a dejected Andre. Omo I don para for the 7yr old girl especially, cos she's the one always spearheading this thing. This smallie started crying and denying something I clearly heard. We made her apologize to Andre sha. I don dey try calm myself. Make e nor be say I nor mature, I even left Andre in the room to still be with them. It wasn't even up to 2mins, I heard Andre's big scream. Rushed there to know what happened. 7yr old cousin said as she was about climbing the up bunk bed, she "mistakenly" stepped on Andre's hand🤦... Eii God, make I just die!!
The way I'm angry as I'm here ehn... I just want to go home. We've corrected his cousin o, but I'm still angry. Maybe I'm immature but I just dey vex. I called my hubby that we will be returning this weekend instead of next week. I'm not even kuku resting as I should, so make I go my house go suffer in peace.

DeleteSit them down and let them know that they're all related and should treat themselves as siblings. They're not used to each other, that's why the cousin is telling him not to come close. That's wrong too because there are kids who play with other kids even if they're not used to them but kids will always be kids, you only need to guide and caution them when necessary.
DeleteWhen you return to base, always tell him about all his cousins and if possible, call the mum sometimes and let the kids speak with each other on the phone. Encourage their mum to do so too. This will let them get used to each other and will be eager to see each other on holidays
Their parents should do better because those kids aren't showing any sign that they're being well trained. Kids are supposed to be accommodating. Why will that girl be acting that way to her cousin? When I was a kid, I was taught to be kind to everyone around me, my small cousins are like that too. If she behaves that way towards someone that came to stay with her under same roof, how much more a stranger or an elderly person (senior citizens)? She's corrupting the mind of her little brother and it's very bad.

My nephews and nieces were all around for the Christmas celebrations. It was all fun seeing them bonding and looking out for each other.

Yesterday, my sis in-law and little nephew left back to their base and my nieces cried for a long time, they refused to eat.
If you decide to spend Christmas in Warri again next year and they still behave this way, make sure Andre does not go close to them.

Kids will always be kids but a child of 7 already know what is right and wrong. That girl is already showing a mean streak and a lying tongue. Andre seems to be her target and it is your duty as his mum to remove him and protect him from certain situations. The age difference between both of them is enough for her to bully him as she wants. All I can advise is keep a closer eye on them. Encourage them to play but quickly reprimand when you notice any form of hostility.
DeleteSome kids can be mean spirited. Kids will be kids if what happened was an accident while playing and wasn't intentional. In my case na pinch dem pinch my kid sotey he even started pinching me, practicing what they were doing to him. His body especially back and arms were filled with scratches /marks. This was someone that had spotless fair skin before they came. The next time they came, I didn't mince words in telling my kid in front of everyone not to play with them. Please protect your son. It's better to keep him occupied by giving him things to draw or even watching a movie with him in your room than letting him mix with them. If you can go back home, please do.

Please what can I use flavouring for apart from baking?

I know it's nice in chinchin maybe you can add it to coconut chips or tapioca

ReplyDeleteThat I passed my neighbor gen. I think I have been unprivileged to have bought 2 of it at different times in my 20s. Yeah.. I've not seen anything that gives the kind of hypertension that gen gives. That gen gave me hell to the point that i could totally scatter and assemble it myself. It has been long I've seen it sha. Don't know if they still sell it. Never again!

Fraud is worse than stealing, it is stealing mixed with betrayal.. some of these victims commit suicide, some life change for the worse and things can never go back to the way it was, do you know what it is to work for over 30 years, then when you're paid your gratuity, one fool deceive you into fake investment and take all the money.. what is left of your life? Or is it the ones promised marriage and after winning their love, you lie about not being able to access your millions and asked her to help you borrow that you'll refund within a week, yes I know some of these 'victims' are greedy and thieves, cos how will you want to borrow a man you claim to love money because he has shown you some millions in his account and promise to double the money, you are a thief and you deserve it, but I'm talking about the real victims..
You can never use such money for anything good, how can you use such money to marry and train your children and expect to reap? It's just like those women that use ashawo/side chic money to train their kids.. you'll never reap.. there's is no good thing to reap when you sow sorrows..

I would have said it is because of your political party/candidate/support for Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB but they have disliked you long before the above, since you first came into the blog, you were disliked and attacked.
