ReplyDeleteThere's a way u can keep it safe without drying it and it will be so fresh. Get bama bottle try those ones with tin cover. Cook ur blended tomato until it is dry, put it inside the bama bottle and boil it again. Let it cool down, loom for empty carton and store it inside. Keep it away from sunlight
DeleteIt is quite a process...If you have an oven; slice the tomatoes and dry them there..Once done, you can blend them in powder and store in a jar
DeleteOr Slice your tomatoes, drain out the juice then take them outside to dry (Please use gauze or light net material) to cover the trays to avoid flies or dirt from perching on them...Once done, you can blend and store in a jar or container...
P.S Douse some vinegar on the tomatoes before you dry it out..

DeleteFor pepper,sundry or dehydrate then blend thoroughly;then put it in a ziplock bag..
For ginger,sun dry a bit then keep in a cool dry environment too on an open carton or stainless tray,or keep in the fridge if you have power supply..
None of the above needs preservatives..

They are planning to invest in to the business and have a church member who works with a gas plant manage the place but they will also be on ground to monitor it.
