You can covert it to mosa. If you have over ripe plantain, pound it with ginger and pepper. Then lil corn flour or normal flours. Mix together add salt and then fry in balls. Delicious π

For Ulcer, no need to peel off the back... Cook the plantains with the back on, after it is ready remove the water used to boil it and put in a cup to cool off then drink the water! You can always eat the plantain!!

Are you eating well? Eat food containg fiber, drink adequate amount of water. Stay away from food that will make you have constipation. Before you were discharged, the doctor should have taken note if you farted or had a bowel movement.
DeletePrune juice, dates sometimes helps too or just use stool softener for the best result ( dulcolax is a good one ; you will poop sotey your anus sef will come out to play )
DeleteSpeedy recovery π
DeleteUse Ducolax suppository. Please be very close to the toilet after inserting it into the anus. Put the drug in the fridge to be cold before use.
DeleteSpeedy recovery to you.
DeleteDon't rush yourself. Take veggies and light food for now to easy your bowel movements. You'll be fine. π
Instead of taking drugs just take one miracle seed immediately after heavy breakfast.
DeleteWhat is the miracle seed?
DeleteTake foods that are more of fibre or contact your doctor. Sorry about that.
