  11. Cooking at home is more economical ooo in this Abuja. I remember when I newly came to Abuja, I started hearing plate, plate whenever I wanted to buy food unlike lasgidi that they will ask you how much you want to buy. The thing shock me. Yesterday, I went online to 'attempt' to order amala sky and I saw a piece of turkey (that fine part) N3500. I never buy food oo, just the protein. Chop food of 10k for one sitting, well unless someone else is paying. Lol. The food I took to the office today, na throughout I eat am and I belleful.

  19. Making your meals at home is more economical, both in the short-term and the long run.
I explain; in the short-term, you spend less amount of money making the meal and possibly saving some leftovers for another meal.
It is also more economical in the long run because when you cook your meals, you tend to use better and healthier ingredients and cooking methods. For example most meals made for commercial purpose are laden with so much seasoning cubes, food colouring and sometimes artificial sweeteners which affect the body negatively. Later on in life, most people develop serious illnesses as a result of these food additives and they have to keep spending money to manage these sicknesses eg kidney disease, diabetes, etc.
The day I saw the quantity of seasoning cubes being added to one pot of soup in a restaurant I was patronizing at the time, fear catch me.
