During an interview with UnpackWithnae podcast, the 'Ego Oyibo' singer confessed to having a fondness for older women.
He revealed that he has more connections to women who are more mature and these connections resonate with him mentally and emotionally, thereby making him more fullfilled, as compared to relationships with younger women.
Chike further asserted that he is being very careful when it comes to choosing a partner because a wrong choice can jeopardize everything he has worked for in life.
"Most women cannot handle deep connections, am telling you for a fact. The time that you start finding a woman that can handle it, they are slightly advanced in age.
"Imagine if am running around with a 23-year old, what's she gonna handle? what's she going to understand.She just wants to take pictures and be in Instagram and tell everyone she's dating you.What are you unpacking with that person, let's be honest.You can find people like that but that's when you see that this girl is so mature.
"You find it in older people, and before you know it, you see guys dating women that are older than them and you wonder what's going on because you are now getting to a place where you want a certain level of peace, and it's just in older people.
"The last two relationships I've been in, they were older than me, even there's no small girl I can say i am dating her;Nah, I mean I would probably just say 'hi' but that's it, it's not going to get past that because I know where it's going, our visions are just not the same.
"I feel like even if I have to talk to a 23-year old, it has to be like a career woman, who i know is dedicated and trying to make something and not that you are doing the same madness we are doing
"One of my biggest fears in life is losing everything I've worked for, right now, one thing that I know can make me lose everything is who I pick as a partner".
