Saturday In House Gists - Wicked Tenants And Wicked Neighbours...

Last time we talked about wicked and jealous Landlors but this post is about wicked tenants and nighbours.....

Tenants like to complain about landlords (Some Landlords are bad truly) but what about tenants? some are so wicked that they dont pay rent for years and if they are leaving they destroy things in the house and leave with some things that are not theirs..... Most Landlords who live abroad suffer this a lot...
I have some and even some BVs who are renting travel all the way to Nigeria just to go and evict some wicked tenants....

Some refuse to pay light bills and others bills and some even terrorise other tenants with noise and food and gbenshing sounds...They dont care and they wont leave!
Where are the Landlords who have tenants dealing or already dealth with them...
Where those who have nightbours that have showed them shege?

Lets gist!

  1. Am not a landlord, but some tenants can even kill owners just to evade rents for years. If you are a house owner be prayerful

  2. My former landlady loved me. I was quiet mostly alone, minding my work and enjoying the home and its perks. Plus it was an affordable big space. Then came my younger brothers to take over from me: twins, see one of them was such a wicked tenant that the other would run from him ooooo. Noise pollution in the night, dirty house and not paying the helper, using up all the units with ac, bragging about how he’s got a good home and pays all bills meanwhile he doesn’t , having free loader friends that cone over when the house is stocked yet he doesn’t even buy a pack of tissue having random people in and out na wa! I’m sure my land lady prayed ooooo to have them out, ever since they left I’ve never been able to recommend anyone go there lol

  5. I know this post is about tenants but unfortunately I missed the post about wicked landlords I would have dropped this comment on that post. I moved into my present house December last year about 3 weeks after I moved in I developed sores all over my skin I am very light skinned my entire body was covered in severe sores I went from one hospital to the other and one check up to the other the doctors couldn’t find anything medically wrong with me I took it up to God and he cured me. 6months ago I came back from work to see a white liquid substance was poured on a straight line in front of my door precisely on my black doormat I was very scared so I prayed in my heart and removed the doormat I went into my house and called my mum to discuss what I saw with my mother omo! About 2 weeks after that day my landlord’s son called me that he heard the call I had with my mother and I called them fetish I explained to him that firstly the is no other occupant in this compound except me (A lady) The landlord, his son and the male chef we live in a 24 hours gated compound with each of us having our own key in a very security guided estate where a stranger can’t access except we call the estate gate to inform them of our visitor so on this note I’m human and I have the right to be scared because no other person had access into the premises I explained to him that I was having that conversation with my mother in my restroom and the only way anybody would have heard that conversation is if they strategically waited for my return from work then went to my restroom window to eavesdrop on my conversation well he said he isn’t interested in this one I’m saying and they don’t want me in their house again I should move out from their apartment this situation has put me in severe depression this December because rent in Abuja has really skyrocketed I rented my present self contained apartment for 400,000naira and I renovated it with 218,000 in hopes that I won’t spend much this year . They asked me to renovate this house last year that they’ll reduce my rent a little this year and I renovated the house. What hurts me most is that the chef told me that the day my landlord’s son overheard my call the son spoke to him (the chef) about it and he asked my landlord’s son to understand my perspective and have a conversation with me instead of the son to take this advice he went to his father and told his father only God knows what, the landlord’s son confirmed it himself that he saw the substance in front of my door before I returned from work so it wasn’t like I made up the story that would make them take such a harsh decision. Self contained apartment in Abuja is now going for 800k per annum this matter has totally devastated me this December as I can’t even travel to celebrate the holidays with my family I have been given till next week Sunday to move out I don’t have the 800k to go and pay rent elsewhere neither do I have the strength to make any issues with this people please if any bv resides in Abuja and knows of an affordable self contained apartment in Abuja pls reply to this comment and I’ll reach out to you I’m totally devastated and in pain concerning this issue.

    2. I can see you are soft

They are meant to give you time to get a place, there are laws concerning landlord/tenancy agreement.

    4. How can you move out when you're supposed to be given six months quit notice, you better be smart with them, and you need to talk to a lawyer.

  6. The other time we discussed wicked landlords, I didn't have any input. I just read and passed. Little did I know in a short while, I did be having a story to tell. My landlord died last week. A very terrifying death.
I gave my story here about how my landlord used mangoes to sleep with me. Some bvs yabbed me and said I was greedy. I should not have collected something from someone I didn't want to date. Just mangoes, not a house or car. This landlord started asking me out the very year I moved into the house. He was not living with us then. Few years later, he moved into the compound. He continued his toasting. I was a bit friendly because he was now living close but I was not dating him. One day he came to me and said he was travelling to Kaduna and asked if he should get me anything. I said anything would do and he said he would bring mangoes. He returned and brought very fresh mangoes and that was the beginning of my woes. To cut a long story short, I started sleeping with him, even sleeping over night. Early morning neighbours have caught me leaving his apartment around 6am. I was still paying my full rent. Somehow, spirit of God remembered me and I started realising what I was doing was wrong. I prayed my way out. I knew I was healed the day the landlord called me and said I should come and take pawpaw. I told him I was busy and not properly dressed to leave the house. He offered to bring it to me and I declined. Annoyance set in. He then left the compound. Before he left, he told me to sleep with him and he will give me his own apartment and leave some furniture and fittings like kitchen cabinets and all. I refused. Annoyance continued. I forgot to mention that I started losing serious friendships. If I bring any man home, relationship must break. Sometimes I will go a long time without one. Back to present. When the relationship was still on, he bought me this Muslim gowns from Kaduna. Recently, I was to travel to Niger state for civil service sports and as I was packing, I saw one of the gowns. For long, I didn't wear it. As I touched it, I felt like a sword struck me. Woaah. Spirit of God immediately told me to go and burn the gown. I saw just one. I read some psalms and burnt the clothes a night before I left for Niger state. Last week, it was posted on our estate platform that landlord was critically ill. Cos I was busy, I just read and didn't pay much attention. Then a close neighbour called me one night to say they carried the landlord to the compound as he was screaming my tenant, my tenant. His people carried him to the compound that maybe he will point to the neighbor. All the neighbours filed out but he could not choose any. So everyone suspected me who was the only person not around. They begged and begged me to come but I was busy with sports. My landlord died. He used his mouth to scrub the whole house yet refused to confess his sins. He refused to say why he was looking for the neighbour. Occultism. He rather die than confess.
I believe I am free from his bondages cos to the glory of God, I have started seeing signs.

  7. I live in a house where all occupants are married while I am the only single lady.

There is a woman who doesn't greet me until I greet her for reasons best kmow to her. I act as my spirit leads. I greet her when i wish and ignore when I wish too.

    1. I will pretend that woman doesn't exist in that compound. When I know she is coming I start making calls 😂 no need greeting such people that feels you owe them your greetings.

  14. I have terrible neighbors that I decided to ignore them but pray that as they have refused to pay for unit for the pumping machine but use the water when we pump, that they cannot do anything useful with their money.

How can people be heartless to the extend for years you will not pay unit, you cannot pay 1 to 2k that is not every month. I created a WhatsApp group just to make sure we get everyone attention, these people will read your message and still not say anything. You meet them still they will not pay, we have talked and talk, I don't want to fight with anyone that was why I turned it into prayer, they cannot do useful things with their money as long as they are using the water.

If the borehole has any issue they will not pay, of you pump water they will fetch. I wish I can get a plumber to disconnect their flares from getting water. The caretaker is tired of talking to them, I am also tired of talking or complaining. God will judge us all.
