They didn't "say" anything.
DeleteBut most of you read up stuff without establishing it's authenticity.
Anon 7:20 yes they said Lagos, bv Fabulous is right. We read it here
DeleteSahara reporters really need to do better. They were the ones who ran with this story of the man dying from leukemia and dying in Lagos. Such falsehood. I take any news from Sahara reporters with a pinch of salt.
Delete7:55,
DeleteSDK is a professional journalist which is why she clearly wrote "reportedly" and credited herald.ng who credited a "source".
So, again; "they did not say".
The government waited for the family to break the news officially, and then, the state government put out this press statement.
While this appears not to be a big deal, I am personally sick and tired of how some people misconstrue words.
Phew!

ReplyDeleteRest in peace sir
ReplyDeleteI can’t imagine how much of state money they would have been spent for everything. Prostrate cancer does not start overnight. Once a man turn turns 50, he needs to do physical exams yearly. May God give his family peace.

ReplyDeleteHe died in Lagos. They claim that he died in Germany because living or dying in Nigeria is a disgrace to both the living and the dead
ReplyDeleteIt doesn’t matter where he died. He’s dead.
