During the meeting, Shettima underscored the resolve of the Tinubu administration to ensure a more inclusive and prosperous future for the country’s creative economy. He highlighted the need to amplify the voices of creative minds, empower talents, and harness the diverse cultural potential within Nigeria.
He also apologized to members of the creative and entertainment sector for past neglect by administrations, assuring them of the current administration’s determination to provide increased support and maximize the potential of Nigeria’s creative economy. He emphasized the government’s dedication to ensuring the industry has a seat at the negotiation table in Abuja.
