Fourteen hotels, churches, including Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG and a mosque have been sealed by the Lagos State government over noise pollution and other offences. Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunboh Wahab, while disclosing this, on Thursday, expressed the state government’s zero tolerance for noise and other actions that contribute to pollution in the state.

ReplyDeleteI can only imagine. And church have all kinds of different programs throughout the week so it’s morning and evening noise. They should be zoned and not in residential areas, although there are many denominations that are quiet too and you never hear noise from those churches even if they are packed.
