From Ekiti State, any bus coming to Lagos is gonna stop at Oshodi.
DeleteStop at Oshodi, then ask Agbero or the bus driver where to enter a bus going to Yaba (Please shine your eyes)....
Tell them to stop at Jibowu Bustop; then cross to the other side of the road;
Then ask any Keke man or Agbero that you are going to Birrel Avenue; it is not far from AN Barracks...Please keep reminding him that you are stopping at birrel avenue.

There are drugs that don't go well with certain fruits/foods. Like Vit C will reduce the efficacy of any anti-malaria drugs plus it can cause dangerous toxicity levels in the body..
DeleteAlso dairy foods e.g milk should not been taken with any Antibiotic drugs and many more..So whenever your doctor or pharmacist prescribe drugs for you: please ask them food to avoid...
