TESTIMONY FROM THE COMMENTS SECTION

Let me share my friends testimony.
We both leave abroad and got married to men in nijia that we got introduced to by family members of these men who had become good friends over the years. Let's leave mine for now.
My friend loved this guy so much eh hmmmm.... but the guy did not like my friend at all.

The funny thing is that he was professing love to her o. Then she brought him over and even did white wedding abroad(church blessing) On the wedding day this man refused to smile o.

It was so obvious that this guy did not like my friend at all...after 2yrs, which was the law as at then, he filed for divorce. My friend was begging him then that he should not go. She was ready to stay in the marriage like that. This guy will cover my friend's face before he is able to have s#x with her hmmmm. He will then use condom as well.

Long story short, the guy left her and went back home and married his real girlfriend who he loved and brought her over. My friend moved on and met a guy back home in nijia again and brought him over. This guy has been nothing but a blessing to this girl.

Only for her to call me on video call and showed me her 3 children. How nah? 3 children is less than 3yrs? She had a son and then the Lord blessed her with twins. One boy one girl. Oh Lord I give you all the glory for blessing my friend.

My own sef dey come for road and na testimony na him we go dey sing up and down. Amen

I am happy that God blessed her despite the heart break..Hmm this your friend get strong mind to carry a second guy abroad.. some were served breakfast and refuse to do ti a second time......

FROM MY INBOX

I don't know where this mail should be published maybe on in house news?
Today makes it a week that I got to understand how messed up the Nigerian system can be. Seven days ago on my way to work, I realised someone had been crushed by a train. It happened with the 7:am train at Agege just behind the police station.

I had just alighted from the bus and was heading towards the rail line (that's the only way I can cross over). I saw people gathered around somewhere and knew immediately the train had crushed someone. I saw the train pass, too. Some were murmuring that he had his ear phones on and couldn't leave the rail line in time. Others said that the train had slowed down for him but it couldn't stop at that point.

I felt terrible because 2 weeks back someone had also been killed by a train and the previous week, one nearly got crushed before my eyes. I did not have the courage to look at it first hand and was only muttering my pain and anger for those who kept walking on the rail line with head phones and ear piece.

I heard a young school girl saying he was still breathing but his legs had been severed from his body. I looked around and saw that nobody was making any attempt at calling in for an emergency. I went towards the police station and where people were buying food and I was talking about it loudly while waiting for my turn.

The people had heard about it but most people didn't look bothered. They were all asking who would risk his life to help with how Nigeria is.
I walked away towards work with my food but I felt terrible. I picked my phone and called the Lagos State emergency room. After narrating to the man who picked my call. I prayed that the guy would hold on till help gets to him. I walked on to work wishing I could have done more.

I could not believe myself when I received an anonymous call and it was a woman from the emergency room asking me questions about the train incident. I was dazed. I mean, this was almost 30 minutes after my initial call to them. She inquired and I had to recount everything I had told the first man. That was when she said they would send help to the dying man. I felt pained, disappointed and embarrassed for my country.

On Sunday I heard the man died. I wished I could have asked if the emergency people got to that scene. Stella, people die like fowls on the rail line now and then but we hardly hear about it. Those selling on the rail line are even used to it. I keep wondering what his survival chance could have been of the emergency people responded indeed as emergency room should.
Thanks for your platform.

Did you get the names of the two people you spoke with `if yes, please send to? If yes send it to my inbox

  4. 📌DAILY CHRISTAIN NOTIFICATION📌

    PORNOGRAPHY
Are images and films showing naked people or sexual acts that are intended to make people feel sexually excited.

    WHY DO PEOPLE WATCH PORN
porn gives entertainment and pleasure to the eyes, soul and body.
Some watch it in other to learn how to please their man or woman.
It is also watched with the hope to get you in the mood before intercourse etc.

    GOD'S STANCE ON PORNOGRAPHY
Pornography is a sinful act in the sight of God, in the bible it was clearly stated that we should abstain and flee from sexual immorality.
    1cor 6:18-20 1thess 4:3-4

I laugh when christain couples engage in this abomination and justify it with the fact that they are married, and they are eligible to watch porn. My dear whether you watch porn as a single or married person it is still the same thing. Stop watching porn, it is a SIN, let's assume you want to justify this act as a married person. Let me ask you this question?
The people acting this porn, are they married?
The porn yo watch stems from the altars of fornication and adultery and yet your mummy in the lord or Christian brother or pastor is encouraging you to watch porn and you are watching it. You will land in hell if you don't repent from this sin.

Run away from this abomination that will grant you few mins of pleasure yet take away alot from you.
Don't you know that porn opens up doors of other sinful practice, porn leads to masturbation, lust, fornication, adultery, bestiality, rape etc.
Imagine a brother watching porn and gets so erected that when he finds no pleasure again in masturbation the devil can wishper into his ears to go and rape a minor or any available victim to get satisfaction.

Pornography can lead to unsatisfaction between couples, when you start lustng after men with big biceps and organs, your marriage will be at risk, at this point you can even sleep with your gateman or houseboy Viceversa.

Porn is the lustful images on Instagram. Porn is the music videos and vulgar lyrics you listen to,that glorify premarital sex. Porn is the magazine, blogs, and books that you read talking about sex. Porn is looking on someone’s Facebook page and lusting on their cleavage and their body. Porn is the sinful movies and video games filled with half naked and naked women.

You have to discipline yourself. Stop doing things that you know are going to trigger those desires. Put a porn block up, decrease TV and internet, read the Bible, pray, fast.

don’t be alone if that is what it takes. Guard your heart people! Don’t be exposed to the things of the flesh, proverbs 4:23 prov 23:19

Matt 5:28 read this verse study it well, let it sink into you. When you watch porn, you wish you are the one in that act, you lust after the actor, i kid you not, you have already committed fornication.

Pornography is a sin, stay away from it, unless you don't want to make heaven, if your goal is to make heaven please flee.

Porn kills you spiritually, mentally, and physically. It is extremely toxic. Porn slowly alienates you into depression as a single man or woman. Run away from it.

Ask God for help, he will gladly deliver you from this sin.

You have just been notified that PORNOGRAPHY is a sin, and it will lead you to hell, so flee from it child of God

He can’t stop your purpose unless you allow him to deceive you, if you let him get in your head. Don't start believing his lies, dwelling on negative, doubt, compromise, can’t do it, never going to work out. Once you give in, all kinds of discouragement and turmoil will be released. The enemy can’t beat you from the outside; he has to get in your thoughts.

  35. OPEN HEAVENS DAILY DEVOTIONAL

    DATE: WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 22ND 2023

    THEME: KILL THAT WEAKNESS I

    MEMORISE:
Neither give place to the devil.
    Ephesians 4:27

    READ: Hebrews 12:1 -8

    1. Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

    2. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

    3. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

    4. Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

    5. And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him:

    6. For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.

    7. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

    8. But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

    MESSAGE:
When you want to fight a champion in a boxing match, the first thing you want to know is if he has been wounded before. If he has, you can hit him on that spot to get the upper hand in the match. When the devil want to bring down a champion, he look for the greatest weakness in them and next keep aiming at it until the champion fall. This is why you must not allow any weakness in your life, because the devil will capitalise on it. You must destroy the weakness before it destroys you.

A hunter went hunting and kill a big leopard. He also saw a baby leopard and decided to take it back to the village because it looked harmless. The little leopard began to grow, playing with children in the village, and the hunter's son was its best friend. Years later, the leopard had the hunter's son riding on its back towards the village stream. The boy fell and bruised his leg on the ground. The leopard wanting to help its friend, licked the blood on its friend's leg. The taste of the blood drove the leopard to eat the boy up.

Beloved, if you don't kill that little leopard in your life, it will kill you. That little contamination- that little anger or lust would later kill you , if you don't kill it now.

Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes.
    Song of Solomon 2:15

It doesn't matter how many good virtues you have or how strong you are in the Spirit. If there is just one weakness, it can destroy you completely. A little contamination destroy purity. Hebrew 12:1 says that you should lay aside that sins which easily beset you so that you can run the Christian race successfully. This race is a marathon. In marathons , carrying the smallest weight can cause you to fall. Once the devil sees you carrying that weakness around, he knows he now has a joker card to use in bringing you down later. Don't give him that joker card, kill the weakness immediately.

    KEY POINT
The smallest of weaknesses in your life can stop you from making heaven. Kill that weakness now.

  54. Good afternoon BVs....
Yes Stella, Christmas is around the corner...May Almighty God spare our lives to witness it 🙏🙏

Just like Mrs Aboki...I saw one lady on Facebook selling hairs, she said water curls for 5k.. saying it only needs water and leave in conditioner for maintenance...I rushed and paid ... luckily for me she had another order from Abuja so she paired us for waybill which I paid 1k...After picking d hair, I noticed she has combed out part of d curls of d hair and it was still wet..and honestly I dnt know much abt hairs so I just waved it off.

I wore dat wig d following day to work...after using water only but dis wig just stand yakata for my head...it did not relax at all... before I got to work...d hair don strong pass local sponge..

I went to her page to give review of hair on how it doesn't relax on d head and how strong it is....she was now saying it's hair blend... only for other people dat have also bought from her to start saying d hair is pure synthetic not blend anything...she blocked me 😭😭😭
I couldn't wear d hair again so I had to tax my sis inlaw for one and she gave me...na dat one I dey rock go work now...

God forbid I ever buy anything hair online again...I have learnt my lesson

  77. I feel so sad for that person who was crushed by a train, it is just so terrible how these agency officials do not sent at all when it comes to emergencies.
I narrated here 2 years ago about us seeing a random man by the side of the road at OPIC (he looked tatered but alive, maybe he had been involved in some form of accident, not sure again), anyone who knows opic knows how busy that place is, to think all those police officials and escorts ply that route every minute yet none deemed it fit to carry this man to a hospital.
My husband and I coincidentally found a frsc abi police vehicle parked on the other side of the road and went to talk to the 2 officials in the vehicle about what we saw, they were so unfazed and just replied they will go there and check him out, we were happy and went on our way home, it was a Sunday.
We discovered days later that these people did not actually do anything and the man was left on that same spot, I believe he eventually died.
My hubby had taken an accident victim he didn't know to a hospital around Ore years before (accident happened along ore/Benin expressway), and it almost landed him in trouble, reason he was reluctant to repeat it with the person we saw at Opic. Nigeria is really a hot mess.

My heart goes out for these abroadian ladies who are being used by these foolish men.
I am impressed the lady still took a bold step and same process.
This goes to prove not everyone is bad and good can still come out from a bad experience.
    Congratulations to her.

Stella may the Lord comfort you. Over the years, your heart will heal and you will remember him with fond memories

My own dad too is long gone but I don't feel emotional often like you, maybe because it's been long, maybe because we didn't really have a good relationship like you did with yours.
    May he too keep resting.
