Pardon me, this is gonna be a long read.thanks in advance 
A friend has a land somewhere in Ibadan, and HE got the land like 6years ago. He spoke to me about it and told me he presently had 500k and don't know how to go about it. Then I sat him down and the following occured.

*I told him to mold his block himself since he wants to start a two bedroom flat and he needs strong block for the foundation because when a building doesn't have a strong foundation then the building will be faulty even before it gets to linted level. Asked him to buy sharp sand and 20bags of cement to mold 600 9inches block(i.e 30 blocks per bag to make it stronger). We did the workings ,workmanship for laying the blocks and Owo Omonile inclusive and we had total of #490k. (Note: I was the one who drew the plan for him).

We got to the land and it was a very nice place. There is an existing church beside the land and the pastor lives in there(you know all these one man business church wey pastor dey get small house for the land). My friend said we should allow the pastor help monitor the molder which I consented to because me can't come and stay while my shop is closed. We bought cement and the sand, paid for water and other things and we left. They supplied all the necessary things and we kept the cement with the pastor before we left. We told the pastor we won't be able to come, all we need him do is just make sure they mold the blocks appropriately.

The next day, my friend traveled to Lagos because he works as a personal driver. So, he traveled to Lagos and from Lagos to ado ekit the next day. Then around 4pm, I left my shop to the land to check what was going on there then I realized that, the church just did their steps to the church (I mean two steps to the entrance of the church) and I asked myself why at this time that the pastor was asked to monitor them. Then I told the guy who went with me that, the cement and sand used is for my guy and my instinct doesn't deceive me but the guy said "Bisi, Pele, arinurode" then I smiled and told him to forget it.

We left the place around 7pm after counting the molded blocks for that day.(they did 10bags that day, remaining 10bags). I didn't even bother telling my friend who owns the place, I kept quiet. On Wednesday my friend came back from traveling and asked us to go there yesterday. I was to travel to see my mum but couldn't go due to some reasons shaa. Something funny happened when we got there. On getting to the land, I said we should lift up those blocks and arrange them properly so as to prevent them from damage because of rain. If rain meet am there, e go spoil the edges. We began to arrange them(don't forget that, we must have 600blocks in total cuz it's 30 per bag we asked of). Suddenly, the pastor came out and told us that, the ones he placed sticks on(38pieces) is for him. He said he bought one bag and asked those guys to mould it for him.(for my mind, I smile say this man tink say I be mumu). Immediately, my mind told me that, the guys made more than 30blocks per bag and since he knows we asked for 30 per bags hence the excuse he gave.

My friend was surprised and couldn't hold himself, then I communicated with him using non-verbal means which he understood and he kept quiet. Not only that,they also made two other things from his sand and am sure , it was his cement that was used. When the pastor left and after we arranged the blocks and left the ones he claimed to be his own then I told my friend what I noticed the day I came when those guys started their work. Then the following questions popped up:

*Why did he used my friend's sand to mold his block if truly he bought cement?
*Why is it the same day and time that he was asked to monitor people?
* How does the pastor want to quantify the sand he used because he said he will return the sand he used?

Funny observation is, the blocks he claimed to be his own was molded together with ours and not separated and not only that, it was molded on my friend's land and not the pastor's land because he has enough space on his land. Why on my friend's land. My observation is, since he knows we only wanted 600blocks and there is excess, all he could say is give us that nasty excuse. When we left the place, we went to where we bought cement to pay for 10bags which will be used to lay the blocks by nextweek. When we left there, we saw the block molders and I asked my friend if he has little change with him so we could just flex those guys in order to get more information about what happened there. We then took them to a bar and ordered mortuary standard trophy and me took malt ATI fried meat then the investigation began.
I appreciated them their effort and stylishly promised them that, we want to mold like 50bags and we won't give the job out to anyone. After some times I pushed it to them saying " ese ooo, pastor said we have extra 30+ blocks as extra and it's even stronger than what I thought, (Note: the two guys are already on 3rd bottle each and it was around 8pm). Then the other guy answered saying "We over mixed some bags that's why we have excess on ground" then my friend and I looked at ourselves and I have also told him to put his phone on record once he noticed we are about starting discussion. We recorded all our discussion and when we were through with them,we left the small bar and my friend wanted to go back to the place to meet the pastor but I asked him to forget it and make it another time because it's late already.

That was how we left the place oooo, we got home and we made a plan. We are planning to go there tomorrow by 4pm to do the following:

*Pick the blocks and arrange them to the other ones.
*Play the record if he comes out to stop us from packing the blocks
*Peradventure he has taken those blocks, we will demand for the blocks or let go but surely face him with the truth and make him understand that, we are not fools.

Street football rules The old days :

1. No referee.

2. The game ends either when players are tired or at the Maghrib (sunset) call to prayer.

3. The score is 23-22.

4. A penalty is given if a player swears on god.

5. The chubby person becomes the goalkeeper 😝.

6. If the ball owner gets angry, he take the ball, and the game is over 😁.

7. The fouls is counted if everyone agrees  🙃.

8. The wal is a good player and can be in your  team side at any time 😁.

9. An extra player is allowed if the teams are not equal 😂

10. Goalkeepers can be changed during a penalty kick 😆.

11. If the ball goes over the crossbar, the game pauses for half an hour to discuss whether it's a goal or not 😄.

12. The ball owner plays for the stronger team 😝.
