Labour Union In Nigeria Suspends Ongoing Strike

The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and Trade Union Congress (TUC) have suspended the nationwide strike they embarked on this week. The suspension of the strike came after leaders of the two unions met with the Nigerian Government.
The strike was suspended for 30 days.
The strike was as a result of the assault on Ajaero the National President of the union...

    1. Exactly what I told my neighbour yesterday. No light, therefore no water. Do we have to suffer like that. Is it politicians that can run generator for one year non-stop that you are using Nepa to tension. Why must Nepa even join in the strike? I had to give out the stuff in my fridge yesterday and ate almost a quarter pot of soup. I didn't want to start warming.

  7. Calling of the strike is purely selfish and wicked. Look @ judiciary staff, (supporting staff as those judges call us) suffering, our salaries have nothing to write home about, work for a full month and you get #25k as take home after all statutory deductions have been deducted. 35k wage grant from president tinubu hasn't gotten to us, 40%peculiar allowance, we haven't seen, yet many of have families to cater for. Judiciary staff are suffering,
