Hello pls I started taking lots of fruits now am adding instead of reducing should I do portion control for fruits too?

DeleteAre you totally on a fruit diet? To lose weight avoid fruits like banana, pineapples, Avocado...Instead eat more of watermelon, cucumbers, pawpaw, apples. However portion size is very important.

Replace vegetable oil with olive oil, add lemon juice to your water, eat less red meat, more lean fish, lots of veggies! In fact, snack on them when you feel hungry.

Change your diet and exercise. I wasn't after my nails when I started dieting and exercising, I was after my weight, but it was an all round overhauling, my nails/toes' nails now grow continuously and beautiful, shiny and looked heathy instead of looking weird.

Not FILE manager,rather go to your SETTINGS,then scroll to APPS and select,this has all apps installed in your device..
DeleteNow scroll to WHATSAPP,select and scroll to STORAGE AND CACHE,select and click on CLEAR STORAGE or CLEAR CACHE,this will erase all media and anything taking space there..
Do same to your TELEGRAM and you would free space..

ReplyDeleteUsually I don't know him with a smelly mouth, so recently I noticed his mouth smells so bad, it's not like a mouth odour thou, because the bad smell is not just a one particular smell, like the smell is of different kinds, he's always brushing his mouth every mornings and evenings before going to bed but still the smell will always occur after some hours, maybe like one or two hours later.
And there was a time he has tooth ache so I really don't know if that's the cause of the smell.
Any remedy pls be it herbal , medical or natural to cure this smells pls, it's really worrisome.
We all eat the same food in the house.
Probably he has a tooth hole that he has not taken out or refilled or it could be plaque...I will advise that he visits a dentist...

DeleteIf using henna, blend into a paste, apply on your hair as if you want to deep condition. Cover hair with shower cap for half hour. Then wash off with water.
If using zobo leaves, boil, let it get warm and use to rinse hair. Always use it to rinse hair while warm.
