Comedian Mr Macaroni Decorated With Honorary Doctorate Degree In Creative Writing
Nigerian comedian and actor Adebowale Adedayo otherwise known as Mr. Macaroni, was awarded a degree of Doctor of Creative Writing (Honoris Causa) at the Precious Cornerstone University in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

You both get it wrong. Ph.D; which is the academic research of Doctor of Philosophy awarded at the end of academic research work of 3-5years course and Thesis work is totally different from this Honorary Doctorate Awards given to these people. The type Daddy wa and other celebrities are presented to is called *HONORARY DOCTORATE AWARD* IT IS NOT AND NEVER AN ACADEMIC DEGREE.
DeleteIt is just like any other awards given on daily basis but in this case; given by an academic institution on the appreciation and recognition of their impact in the professional scheme. Before now; it use to be given to great Achievers who had made waves and achieved greatly in their chosen career or profession. But this days; Institutions has bastardized it and given it to the higher bidder or those who can afford it. It is a pity and a pitiful sight to behold what education and success has been reduced to. Well, just make money anything is possible.
