She's right to an extent. She was specific! If you are sexually active without using any form of protection but all you do is use all that she listed, after the act, it means you are trying to a baby from coming in to this world.

All what she mentioned are only prevention measures, so far as there was no fetus or embryo, you can't call it abortion.
These methods of prevention is like having sex on your safe days or using protection, the difference is that one is more risky than the other,. Like protection is the safest cos no disease or pregnancy (over 90 percent assurance), your safe period might not protect against disease, using contraceptive might not also protect against diseases, and it might affect the pH of the Vagina too, and cause Candida, irregular period and the likes..
It's just like saying killing of foetus is murder, Hell No,.
Murder is the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another. An embryo or foetus cannot be regarded as a human being. Not yet..
In the same light of the above, is how you can call the use of post pills abortion, since no foetus has been formed.
