Appeal Court Affirms Oborevwori's Election As Delta State Governor
The Court of Appeal in Lagos has affirmed the election of Sheriff Oborevwori as the Governor of Delta State. The court dismissed the petition filed by Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege challenging Oborevwori’s victory. This decision upholds Oborevwori’s election, who is the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
