Actor Yul Edochie Drags AriseTV Presenter Rufai Oseni

Actor Yul Edochie has called out Arise TV anchor Rufai Oseni after Rufai’s Argument with an APC chieftain over the fuel subsidy removal.
Yul made a video addressing Rufai's behaviour but Rufai who has a right of response is yet to do so or may have just decided to ignore Yul...

Yul said
"Is this not the same Rufai Oseni that was caught driving on BRT lane which is wrong and when he was caught, instead of apologizing and admitting that he was wrong, he was shouting ‘do you know who I am? I am going to call the governor of Lagos state’.
Same Rufai Oseni that is insulting people on National TV all in the name of doing journalism. My friend shut up and sit down'. Shut up and sit down, I am talking to you. You don't have no right, any moral justification to talk where men, people are talking. You are talking nonsense on national TV.

You are a very disrespectful person, You have no respect for the laws of this country. If somebody like you becomes President, you will wipe out Nigerians.''
Are you not the same person that was caught driving on BRT lane? You could not even apologize, if not because a video was made. It was when you saw the video, that was when you came on national TV to apologize. If there was no video, what would have happened? This is what you do. Imagine the others we don't know.

Who taught you journalism? The first thing they should have taught you is to respect your guest. If you have a guest and you are talking in a particular manner and the guest does not like it, first thing you do is to apologize to that guest, make the guest feel comfortable and then you continue with your question. How can you tell a guest that if the guest is not comfortable, your guest is free to walk out? and you call yourself journalist? Who taught you journalism? Rufai I am talking to you!''

  4. Yul Edochie you talk too much unlike a man you call yourself. Put your tongue in order before telling one not to talk when men are talking. Be like your dad Pete Edochie..Less talk more action

    1. Lol..

It was actually the guest that was rude and insultive because he couldn't defend rubbish, but as usual, they always try to twist a narrative, the same way they're saying the masses are to be blamed for the bad economy, when it's actually them.

An interview is not a friendship hangout. Hard questions would be put to you, you represent the government, you should be ready to explain why things are the way they are with facts and counter facts.

Rufai put it to him that he was representing a fact, cos we all saw it on inauguration day when Bola A Tinubu said Subsidy gone, but this Baba was saying Bola A Tinubu wasn't the one that removed subsidy and caused all these serious suffering..

Next thing he started saying he's a guest and should be respected.. how was that question a disrespect? If he wants to be worshipped then he should sit back in his sitting room and not go for interview just like his president avoided interview throughout the campaign period..

Next thing, he started insulting Rufai..
      You are a liar
You can never be like me
You are a badly brought up boy,(that extending his insults to Rufai parents).. etc etc

But this Efulefu here is twisting a fact and saying Rufai was the rude one..

I kuku don commot hand for everything wey concern this country.. let them destroy it as the want. Someday I'll leave it for good

    2. Amen Dante. I pray you leave. It has become the best decision I made for myself and family. I keep Nigeria in my prayers but I really have no hope anymore. That country is a mess. The worst is its people. Watch them defend the indefensible. God forbid.

  9. He was utterly rude to a guest. He should be a activist not journalist. You invited someone to your TV program and still have the gut to shame him just so you could get a brownie point with people that mistook opposition as enmity. Such an irresponsible person. I know most people will be sentimentally inclined to applaud the disrespectful act since it was towards an APC chieftain. But I want you know the monsters you are creating will soon devour you all. This was the same way they egged on Reno when he made his daily duty to insult and drag Buhari. Guess who is facing the brunt now.

A shame to a country is a disgrace to her citizen.

    2. Story! The guest was lying through his teeth and he stated facts to counter the claim. All the guest had to do was refute the claims without being dramatic. Truth hurts for real.

    3. I don't blame you.

Tell me the insult Rufai said..

I have listed 3 insult from the so called guest above:
      You are a liar
You would never be like me
You are a badly brought up boy
The dollar is falling because of your friends etc etc

But to you, na Rufai dey rude.

I don't blame you at all

    5. Blogbrity, don’t worry. She has watched it. But no matter how many times she watches it, this her comment will remain her stance. Nigeria is favoring her.

    6. Dante, don't mind them. The baba went for an interview with the mindset that Rufai was a rude fellow.
He was not expecting the question thrown at him and he had to play the victim card.

    7. You are right, Omotola. Young people are now lumped into an ignorant mob believing lies and being fed hate everyday by the station Atiku propped up. You claim you won elections but didn't tender tour own version of results before the courts as anyone claiming to have won does. You collected every document from INEC but did not use even one in your prayers, looking for technical wins like Uzodinma and Diri .

Rufai, an on air personality that has never left Lagos for a story, never reported any of consequence, never done a documentary, never an investigative piece, just sitting in a studio ranting about a country about which he is painfully underinformed
and with no facts, imagines himself to be someone equipped enough to quiz people about important issues.

Rufai should understand that national issues are different from the failed animal husbandry career that pushed him into TV work.

Everyone complaining of the subsidy removal supported a candidate that campaigned on it. It is evident to everyone that the needed reforms were needed and there was no money or loan to cushion effects in the immediate. The government has continued to subsidize the same fuel because Nigerians are not ready to pay the price for development. As promised, the same government has started to receive the promised CNG buses and set up conversion centres. They are working on the CNG conversion centres and have done their part by releasing cheap grains that fellow Nigerians opted to sell at market rate. Opposition parties have their own states to perform wonders as Tinubu did when a governor. Let's see that healthy competition instead of being bad losers.
