ReplyDeleteHmm, that thing called backlog is just a ploy to extort money from Nigerians. I just renewed my passport but paid more than the official rate and I did that to avoid stories that touch. But for network issues I would have collected the new one same day. There were people with fresh applications who got theirs same day. It's all corruption in the system.
