Supreme Court Of Nigeria Dismisses PDP's Fresh Evidence Against President Tinubu

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has rejected the application by Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, to admit fresh evidence in his appeal against President Bola Tinubu for lack of jurisdiction. The apex court said Atiku’s petition was a friendly joke.
It insisted that the petition could not be granted.

    2. Even Obi benefitted from this "fraud" after a send confessed Tetea Tete with the then CJN, they were the best home of you common men. When it wiped out the roots and victory of APC in Zamfara, Sound and Rivers, it was the best but now that your candidate received every document from INEC and failed to tender even one at the appeal court to prove his delusional claims of victory despite the public show of receipt and perusal of same, it is now a bad court. Jokers.

  5. Finally, they should allow Tinubu to work. After all, he has not even stayed up to a year in office.

  6. Fantastic judgement very eruditely delivered. I especially appreciate the opinion of justice Agim, who laid out the proper known procedure of introducing evidence from a foreign jurisdiction, showing that Atiku purposely left out key questions in their comical deposition because they know they have no case. He also wondered aloud why since they returned from their fact finding mission, they did not obtain any official seals or documentation from the courts in Illinois or the school declaring the certificate to be a forgery. They didn't even seek out the third party issuer to depose because they have no case. The deposition clarified that the university secured the services of that third party issuer on the same year and theat firm had the school's authority to reproduce certain signatures displayed on the certificate and products of so called universities in gwagwalada or somewhere like that are studying font and sex when the social security number and transcripts are there for all to see.

Imagine clowning to the level of saying FBI and CIA will get involved in a case where the USA court that could, didn't conclude a crime. People just playing with dull minds on the internet. PDP governors had better organize a better send-off party to Atiku and get to rebuilding.
