ReplyDeleteGood. Rest on, Omobolanle.
ReplyDeleteMake dem show us d day dey go hang am bcoz I never hear sey dem hang any killer. Judge don do her own, e remain police. Dey fit leave am for kirikiri for years, only for one governor to include e name for their yearly amnesty.
ReplyDeleteExactly. He may not be killed. After some years he will become a free man na today. With wetin I know now I won't even want someone to kill me & someone will write justice served & later my killer will be freed .I will avoid being killed that's d most important thing. I saw one at the prison looking fresh & he's appealing his death sentence. And he was convicted on owing a family man over 8m & going to the man's house to burn him. It was in the news.

Gbam!!!
DeleteThis here is the real deal. Rest on Omobolanle.
DeleteExactly o, it was only during military era I saw notorious criminals like Anini & Oyenusi given firing squad. Not just serving justice but executing them to the latter. Hmmm, I don't trust these people.
DeleteThe police do not hang people. The police have no jurisdiction with the management of convicted prisoners.
DeleteYes he most probably will not be executed, but it will be satisfying if he spends the rest of his useful life in prison
DeleteA lawyer is involved. Her colleagues who ensured he got the sentence will ensure he is locked up for life (if he is not killed)
DeleteNice

ReplyDeleteJustice well served. May the soul of the beautiful lawyer and her twins continue to rest in peace.
