  1. Too bad for this man.
Hmmmm, how sure are we that he's all that? Some ministry staff just want to receive only salary without touching one file. They hate discplined boss, once they are sanctioned, they call you wicked boss.

    2. Thr average Nigerian is easily intoxicated with any small power but then, he should sue whoever did this if he is certain they have no receipts of all these allegations. This one pass character assassination; dem add character buri@l join.

    3. Thank God for giving you some wisdom - you got it! I work in the public service of the Federation (a similar self-funded agency like CAC) and what I see here since I joined from the private sector, is appalling. People just come to work, roam about, go to lunch and prayers (for the muslims) and when it is 3pm, they disappear. The pay is way higher than that of the civil service and I am shocked at the poor attitude - when you reprimand the subordinates for indiscipline and poor productivity, you are termed wicked. But same set of people will criticise politicians and the govt.

Down to this story, from inside information, the producers of this poster are the union leaders who he sacked for insubordination, poor performance and indiscipline. These so-called union members/leaders hold management of the agencies to ransom - requesting for ridiculous benefits, just to justify the staff dues they collect and spend on frivolities.

There has to be a total cleansing and reorientation of the Nigerian populace - starting with the political office holders. This country is very "sick" - no sincerity of purpose and accountability by leaders, so the followers are following in same attitude.

    1. Lazy lawyer! How can you be broke because of one man? Your illegal activities and compromises at CAC were blocked, right?

    2. @anon 15:17 I won't waste my energy explaining with your kinds.

But for those who are more reasonable, the fact that everyone is jubilating points to one thing.. everyone cannot be wrong.
You remember how people jubilated when abacha died, this is the same.
It has nothing to do with them not wanting to work, they actually worked well and were more productive under the former RG before this man..

This man was just outrightly wicked.
It's not about laziness, it's one thing for you to want to work, it's another thing for one to take the work out of your hand, that was what he did.
      You can ask around yourself.

  9. When you see civil servants complain against their bosses, just know that the boss was not ready to suffer fools, condone mediocrity, laziness and corruption. This man they are trying to malign may have been intolerant of the notoriously corrupt and lackadaisical attitude of the typical Nigerian civil servant. Thankfully some of us are more reasonable and not gullible to believe this falsehood they are trying to sell, we see beyond their charade.

  10. See Anon 10:59. When a boss denies access to free money the subordinates tend to hate him. Maybe that's what's happening here.

Is there a formal petition against this man before any relevant body? Can the people behind this vile attempt to assassinate a mans image openly put their names behind these allegations? Can they prove said allegations?

If they can't, then they are as useless as the former head of the CAC they are maligning . Simple!

    1. While this might be the case, I have dealt with bosses that fit this type of description, though in private sector oh, not civil service. Some persons are seriously disturbed and unfortunately we are in a country with mass unemployment and non functional labour laws.

People with mental and psychological issues, that should be working on their issues will be venting their mental problems on employees seeking to make a living. Yet, once you inform them you want to resign, they'll be so sad and disturbed, as they expect you to manage them like that as many people are looking for work. Tueh!!!

    2. Ask around before arguing.
You should have lawyers in Abuja,. he deserves more than what CAC staff did.
CAC was a working commission under the former RG, everything you enjoy, online registration and all were introduced by her, but buhari removed her for obvious reasons.. she's a Christian from Delta state.
They came up with a frivolous corruption allegation which up till now still remains an allegation, but everyone knew why they removed her. They just wanted to fix in their incompetent individual.
This has nothing to do with staff not wanting to work.
      Ask around before arguing dog.

    3. Anon14:14 I won't buy this your nepotism theory. I know these offices are tenured (usually between 3-5years). So if a certain board or excos tenure expires, it is within the discretion of the President to renew or terminate their appointment. So nothing illegal was done here.
Besides, how come you southerners have suddenly become mute now that Tinubu is appointing majorly people from the south west into key positions, an accusation you made rife during Buharis rule?

    6. @Cheks55,
Peoples of the southern Nigeria (including Yoruba public opinion shapers) have been complaining about President Tinubu's pro Yoruba or "pro people I know" appointments

  11. This goes a long way to show the man did a good job. Nigerian civil servants are lazy, although not all, but majority are.
