He said that his son’s wife, Wunmi, had been unfaithful to Mohbad while he was alive and had been having inappropriate relations with another person living in the Marlian House .he also alleged that his son told him that Wunmi put sleeping pills in his food. These allegations are quite shocking and have caused quite a stir.
Mohbad died on Sept. 12, 2023 at the age of 27 years and was buried the next day.
His shocking death generated controversy, prompting the Lagos State Government to direct a coroner’s inquest which began on Oct. 13, 2023 at the Ikorodu Magistrate’s Court in Lagos State.

ReplyDeleteMohbad got into a fight with his friend and injured his arm. Woke up the next morning and the hand was swollen (very normal after an injury), felt it was not serious enough for the hospital and so requested the nurse to come treat him at home. Nurse came and injected him erroneously. This caused him to react to it and they quickly tried to rush him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

DeleteMohbad had all the symptoms of PTSD and even complex PTSD . His ongoing paranoia made him suspicious of everyone to the point he thought his wife putting a clothe over him was a plot by her to kill him. He had to self-stop his cannabis intake and these are long term side effects. He was loosing his memory and finding it difficult to perform. People who have worked in memory clinics and dealt with the psychotic features of depression and dementia know what this guy experienced before dying. It is always the women who hang around to care for these men who are later hung for being witches. Baba Mohbad chased his own wife away so he will from a distance, imagine that a lady being civil with those her husband hangs around is sleeping with them. Where he will fail is with proof.

He thinks it's a bedside blood group test. His limited education has not allowed him reason that even if he's in the room when the tests are running, he has no idea what's going on.

While alive e, Imole bought his father a piece of land for him to continue to run his church/ prophet business. Mohbad's sister is practicing her tailoring trade in the father's rented house. Mohbad left that life behind and went far based on talent. He has every right to secure his nuclear family first instead of repeating the culture of poverty where available resources are spent on those who have already lived their lives.
Baba, may you not inherit your child and therefore, destroy your lineage. Carry your bible to your business and leave your in-laws to raise the child you are competing with. If you loved your son, you will not be destroying his family like this.

I'm not saying she is innocent or the DNA test shouldn't be carried out but this claim by the father is purely a character assassination. They are trying to control the thoughts of the netizens. They are all responsible to Mohbad's death. They failed him. His family, spouse and friends, all of them killed that budding artist. He was surrounded by enemies.
What was his own responsibility as a father when his son confided in him with those details?
