  2. Let me call food content creators out, I no fit call some of Una chef, no vex.
Some chef on IG will go into the kitchen with full makeup, hair opened, no apron and long artificial nails and they start cooking. You wouldn't even see them show us, how they wash their pots before using. The annoying part is the high cholesterol meals they make against health meals that includes fibres. Why am I ranting cos I learnt basic food and nutrition in secondary school and I practice alot of the kitchen rules, so it pisses me off to see some of them calling themselves chef. Abeg just call yourself food content creator e better pass.
    Una good morning oooo.

    1. My sister, me too wonder the level of fats they encourage always. People are running from fats, even doctor advice yet they will teach young girls to cook with excess oil to make meals attractive than healthy.

    2. showing the whole washing process with increase the viewing mins, and you know people have short attention span, they just make it catchy and i also think we have chefs that make those healthy meals you spoke about, you can find them and follow themπŸ’‍♀️

    3. There are many that cook healthy food, a trained and well qualified chef knows the importance of following the kitchen rules, to me it's part of cooking a healthy food. BTW I wouldn't want to waste my data on how you wash your kitchen utensils.

  3. Act Your Faith And Experience The Miraculous!!
    James 2:17 AMPC.

    Excerpts!!

"When you receive the Word about your prosperity and finances, for example, it’s important to back it up with the right actions. Without taking action, your situation may remain the same."

"First, understand that the Word has the power to change your situation. The Word brings you transformation through the power and Spirit of God. Therefore, when the Word comes to you like what we read in 2 Corinthians 8:7 above, recognize the call to action that accompanies it and respond."

"Whenever you get a prompting from the Word or in your spirit as a result of the Word, don’t hesitate or wait. Seize the moment and respond immediately. By acting in faith, you position yourself to experience the miraculous blessings of the Word."

    Prayer!!

Dear Father, I thank you for the glory of your Word and the transformation I experience even now as your Word takes root in my spirit, producing in me fruits of righteousness. I respond ad take action on your Word; therefore; your glory is seen in my life, and I experience the fullness of your blessings and abundant provisions, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

  4. With all the parent's blessings, marriages experience challenges, what of those that did not get their parents "consent" before marriage? Parent's blessings before and during marriage is advised yet divorce rate is high and challenges too much. What happens in the case the parents did not consent and bless the union?

you have too infuse 'e for effort' for an effective marriage

    2. That u were blessed by both parents before marriage isn't a yard stick. The point is "who you married" "your attitude" "are your so desperate before marriage".

Alot of questions to be answered

      Delete
    3. Parents can only bless the marriage. It's left to the individuals involved in the marriage to work at its success with unselfish love, trust, commitment to each other( never considering the option of a divorce) and be honest to each other. Everything in life entails
      having a sense of responsibility.

      Delete
    4. Marriage is work. It is an assignment. It is a daily undertaken to commitment. You can receive all the blessings in the world but until you actively put in effort towards your marriage, you will enjoy get the desired results.

    5. It's just like saying, because you pray before an exam, you shouldn't read at all. Your F9 go plenty!
The blessings of parents and priests, is good for any home starting out, but marriage is a lot of work! The 2 people involved, must put in the work to make it work!

    6. Pls let us not dwell in negative.
      Parents blessings works

      Delete
    7. Adaoluchi we are not saying that parents blessings are inconsequential. What we are saying is that those involved have to put in concerted efforts for the blessings to be effectual. The progenitors of the nation of Israel had to work hard physically and demonstrate faith for Jehovah to have something to bless. Isaac had Abraham's blessings but had to work hard for him to be blessed in a land experiencing famine. Jacob had to wrestle both man(his uncle laban) through hard work and dedication to be materially successful, and an angel of God to receive God's blessings. These individuals were not complacent but used their God given & parental blessings as a springboard to soar through hardwork.

My annoyance is, you've been ranting and calling this woman's name for 2 days now to come out but she didn't answer you, now she came out and you're trying to run and enter your shop. 13. THE FEAR OF THE LORD

In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence.' Proverbs 14:26 NKJV

When you submit to God, you don't have to be afraid of anything because he becomes your 'refuge and strength' (Psalm 46:1 NKJV). Fearing God doesn't mean being afraid he's going to hurt you. He's a good God! 'The fear of the Lord' just means you follow his directions and recognise his authority in all things. You've probably noticed there's not a lot of respect for authority these days; we've developed the kind of mentality that says, 'Nobody's going to tell me what to do!' But the Bible says, 'In the fear of the Lord there is strong confidence' Proverbs 14:26 NKJV). Why does it say that? Because a reverent and worshipful fear means being respectful and obedient. It means you'll do what God says to do, and your confidence and trust in him will continue to grow.

And you'll notice something else that's important: the more reverential fear and awe you have of God, the more careful and courteous you'll be in your dealings with others. That's because you know you're accountable to God for your actions and you recognise that other people are just as valuable to him as you are.

Solomon writes, 'Fear God and keep his commandments for this is the duty of all mankind' (Ecclesiastes 12:13 NIV). Moses told the children of Israel, 'What does the Lord your God ask of you but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in obedience to him, to love him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and wit all your soul' (Deuteronomy 10:12 NIV). It's not complicated!

  14. Reno Omokri on Mr. Ibu's ailment and what he feels you-know-who should do

Google it. Mr. Ibu set up a fundraiser for Peter Obi when he was healthy. Billions of Naira were raised from that fundraiser. The least Peter Obi can do is use some of the billions raised from that fundraiser to help Mr. Ibu now that he has health challenges. This is not a matter of insult from you, Obidients. First, get Peter Obi to donate. You can insult me later!

Reno Omokri speaks up on the divisive statement put out by Sheikh Gumi

Sheikh Gumi's statement about not trusting Christians with Nigeria's security is regrettable and disturbing. We have come together as a country for 63 years, and this type of statement sets us back and builds distrust. We need competence and patriotism to tackle insecurity, not religious bias. Did Sheikh Gumi experience the kind of insecurity he saw in Kaduna under Nasir El-Rufai during the administration of Patrick Yakowa, a Christian? That, right there, disproves his theory.

How can he think that Wike will make the FCT an extension of Israel and people with beards will be killed? That type of thinking is unfounded. Wike has no power over the Army, Navy, Air Force, or the Paramilitary Forces. Those are squarely under the control of the Commander-in-Chief, who is a Muslim, like Gumi.

We have, to a large extent, successfully managed our diversity in Nigeria, and it will be most helpful if we do not allow the conflict in Palestine and Israel to cause us to hate each other. Nigeria is not Israel. Nigeria is a heterogeneous country that should serve as an example of peaceful religious coexistence to Israel if we get our acts right.

    ✓KNOW YOURSELF PART SEVENTEEN

What are the signs of Emotional Incest?
Signs of emotional incest, also known as covert incest, may include:

1.) Excessive Emotional Sharing: The parent consistently shares adult-level emotional issues, problems, or concerns with the child, treating them as a confidant rather than a child.

2.) Parentification: The child is burdened with adult responsibilities and roles, often becoming the caregiver or emotional support for the parent.

3.) Inappropriate Boundaries: The parent has unclear or nonexistent boundaries, invading the child's personal space, privacy, and emotional boundaries.

4.) Emotional Dependency: The parent relies heavily on the child for emotional validation, comfort, and companionship, often at the expense of the child's own emotional needs.

5.) Manipulation or Guilt: The parent may use emotional manipulation or guilt to keep the child close or to maintain a sense of control over the child's emotions and behaviors.

6.) Intrusive Behavior: The parent may ask the child for advice or input on adult matters, creating an inappropriate level of involvement in the parent's life.

7.) Role Reversal: The child is forced to assume a parental or caregiving role toward the parent, taking on responsibilities beyond their developmental stage.

8.) Sexualized Conversations or Behaviors: In extreme cases, the parent may engage in inappropriate sexual discussions or behaviors. with the child, blurring boundaries further.

In my kid's school, assembly starts by 7:45am and ends by 8:15am, by 8:30am, the first period starts. So these kids will miss assembly which is part of learning and also miss part of the first period? Such a pity!

Pls let's be vigilant this period, scammers are very desperate.
A funny looking number called me few days ago and as soon as I picked up, the machine voice started telling me that I have been picked for the job and that further details would be sent to my phone. As soon it was done talking, a message popped in my text messages with a link to chat one number up on WhatsApp for further details as I have been picked for the next stage of the job process.
I immediately knew it was a scam and deleted, I didn't apply for any job in the last few years , I faced my business. If I oblige them, they will ask me to pay money or ask me to come to a location for interview and then Rob me or kidnap me. That is one of the ways that people get missing.

I don start to dey learn tailor work, I started on Wednesday this week ie day before yesterday and I don learn how to fix zip, how to put dart on a clothes, measurement with tape etc πŸ’ƒπŸ’ƒπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ‘ tumb up for my self, I am a fast learner πŸ˜„πŸ˜„, small time, I go come dey advertise and showcase my hand work for SDK blog🀸🀸.

My people as NEPA bring light just now now for our shop, naim I asked our madam say make she give me some minutes make I send somebody massage for my phone , Omo I say make I know waiting dey shele for our blog, naim I come open yesterday's in-house news, come see where Stella say make BV Osundi and Awele send their account details, say BV Paris want to gift them money in celebration of her birthday, I come dey wonder whether na My own Awele Stella dey talk about but this blog no get another Awele nah, because one BV wey wan claim my name last time, I come give am serious warning, make she no use her ragge spoil my blues for this blog and I never see that name again since then, so I come finalize am say true true na my own Awele Stella dey talk about.

Paris, you will never see or experience any lack in your life, your going out and coming back will be guided by the holy spirit and any one or anything looking for your down fall will experience it first and it will never come your way in Jesus mighty name I prayed Amen.

    1. @ SHYLA ,common cook is different from professional chef. I haven't seen a chef with such attitude you described there. Unless you are talking about some 'road side' cook abi food sellers.
