A Photographer Abu Salami has called out Davido after ex Nigeria football Association President Amaju Pinnick called him out for collecting money and not doing the Job..
The photographer says he got a contract and decided to use Davido's brand to influence the project and paid him N176 million but the job was not done and he ended up losing the sponsors and being sued for not doing the Job.....He has receipts in chats and videos .....

Next shoot also, he cancelled making it 3, another 6million wasted.
Then eventually we set a shoot for another date, he said he can’t come to the stadium that I should come to his garden, so we rushed there to get it done so not to waste money.
We then set a date for a press conference. Unfortunately, his son died a day before so obviously I explained to the sponsors who are are also his sponsors too.
So we all had to sympathize with him costing me another 10m wasted.
So I kept going to his father's house to drop food, see him etc
He was unstable and we kept consoling him When he did the Qatar World Cup.
I reached out again, He said he had other commitments, so I waited.
He did puma launch, I was present.
He did his concert, I was present.
He did his album launch, I was present.
All this time he's extorting me for more money but na davido so I chilled.
All this while sponsors angry but I’m keeping them on ice.
Finally the last straw, David called me from USA to help him pay his hotel bill as he was out of cash.
I did not have a lot but I went and paid 4.7m to a hotel in Vi hoping I'll get it back.
I was with him 5 days in the hotel and we was having meetings and trying to set up another press conference.
I had put the date for 26th, I believe he said to change it to the 18th bringing it forward, I have the chats too.
So I spent another 10m setting up the press.
The day before the press conference, I was downstairs the same apartment, David was upstairs I had just posted a text for press to show.
David sent me a message saying he could not make the press that he was going to take his wife to dinner.
I begged him from 10am till about 2am not to fuck the press up.
His boys were saying I should go get another 30m to give David again.
I said never So I went ahead and did the press conference myself with the sponsors and the fans, He did not show.
After the press, I went back to the hotel where we was all at.
From there he said so he told me to cancel and I went ahead, he will show me he owns this country.
From there, relationship went downhill, he blocked me told me if I say anything I will lose, he's too big so to save face I took a loan to finish the project.
David did not post it or anything, we were supposed to make 500m from registration each talent registering for 10k. He fucked it up.
I had to hold the show down since I signed the contract with the sponsors. After that, I did publicity with 16 influencers, paid them then travelled to 20 states to do screening of talents.
They took the best talents, I found 106 in total into a camp. We are in camp as I speak.
Sponsors then pulled out because David is the bigger name leaving me in debt.

If what he narrated is true, did he sign a contract with David? 30% of the company in addition to that amount of money paid? Something isn't making sense. If they keep asking for more money and at different stages of the contract from what was stipulated in the contract, why not refer them to it? People play with contracts. Hire a lawyer that is experienced in that field or seek help from experts. There should be penalties for failing to deliver the service as well as a cancellation clause if you decide you don't like the quality of service delivered. He should sue him if he was paid but refused to fulfill his part.

Everyone just goes with Stella’s red pen and concludes. Davido has a tight schedule. It’s not easy to get him but if you want to, it has to be through Asa. Who gets back to you on the available dates and how long he will be available. I don’t know about his sister because the times we worked with Davido, there was nothing like his sister in the picture.

Lesson is not to be star struck when dealing with those posing to rise by lifting others. Get your papers in order because you may just get played. While the gentleman said he got a contract, I did not read where he endure that Davido signed a contract for the project and ensured everything was legally binding. Perhaps he forgot to mention it. Oral contracts are still contracts, but they are hard to prove, if he has the text messages and other receipts then he should file a lawsuit.

As an account officer that signs on HNIs (High Net worth Individuals), I'll tell you for free that getting this big men to sign isn't that easy, getting them on board is a flex for you and management will clap for you, then they'll call you for meetings and all, in the long run, they hold all the cards, you just pray they'll deliver on their promises.

It is obvious that there was a conflict of interest in their relationship which is why we must ask certain questions. You do not cross certain boundaries when you are doing business. This man paid a high price to learn a simple lesson, do not mix business with pleasure. Do your due diligence and do not pay up all the money until the work is done. Deal directly with the management team who is there to do business negotiations and secure the talent for the project. He broke too many rules. However, he deserves every penny back. He lost a hefty sum and Davido appears to not have a conscience., which is something that he needs to work on.
