I totally agree with him
ReplyDeleteSadly, we are living in a time where those who speak the truth are bullied and harassed.
Very true
DeleteTrue. Useless lyrics
ReplyDeleteI personally think he talks too much for a man. Mr Moral police.
ReplyDeletei concur with you. Each his own and wonder why he cares about what he does though!
DeleteWatched this podcast very early this morning, an interesting 1 hour 30 something minutes..
ReplyDeleteOmo Black na gee, from the beginning, e come be like say na nedu and HM dey hot sitππ

Baba na get time for whining and fake love oh Lol..
Na him carry the interview from beginning to end..
Where I burst laff na when him ask their nedu and HM to agree yes or no if WizKid, burna and olamide no be habitual jackers.. those ones no know wetin to answer ππ
I don laff tire
Good point.
ReplyDeleteNa beat people dey dance put jare my brother
ReplyDeleteOdiegwu π makes sense small but he wouldn’t have stated categorically that the young man has no morals
ReplyDeleteAnyin….
He isn't far from the truth though. These genZ artistes need to do better with their lyrics. Their beats are cool but their lyrics are sometimes nothing to write home about.
ReplyDeleteTrue
Deleteokay oh
ReplyDeleteI said so too, he reeks of arrogance
ReplyDeleteMake sense here
ReplyDeleteMake him change.
ReplyDeleteOga blackface sing your own nau, and let it make sense.
ReplyDeleteWe all cannot be doing the same stuff same way. Street music comes in all forms and shades, let the fans jam to what soothes them and warm their soul. Today's music has gone beyond morals, it's all about the returns. Businesses has their audiences, and todays
music is strictly business. So stay tuned to the one that speaks to you.

DeletePeople still make money from sensible music.
DeleteThe first tim I heard the lyrics of that song e shock me I no go lie
ReplyDeleteMamannukusdkblogceleb
E shock me too, then I watched the video and was seeing fire everywhere, but somehow I like the song. Just weird..........
DeleteBF said the truth, Ethiopia cancelled Rema visit. Our musical youth can do better.
ReplyDeleteyeah, the cancellation has something to do with him turning the cross upside down or so.
DeleteTrue talk. He said it exactly as it is. Moral decay!
ReplyDeleteI always feel a certain way whenever this song plays around me.
ReplyDeleteYes I find it to be a sweet song, but the lyrics no gell,
So I agree with blackface
The only time this guy makes a public statement it's ways to criticize a song and it's artist, or to accuse some other artists of stealing his lyrics, WHY?
ReplyDeleteAs for his critique of Rema's work, he should understand that most artist these days don't do music out of passion and love for music, but for fame and fortune. And since the world's moral standards is on the decline, sex, drugs, illicit wealth, vulgarity and bragging is what they like to hear, the likes of Rema and his record label Mavin, simply flow with the tide and cash out
πππ
DeletePerhaps, the blogs only report on him when he critiques his colleagues. Promoting music these days is hard and expensive politics. If you're not part of the"in crew", only these duty of interviews will trend and not whatever music you are working on.
DeleteJealousy why not sing yours and let us hear it how morally it is
ReplyDeleteDoes he make sense or not? Simple question. Nigerians and double standards
