Please how do I tell a fair single girl in her early 20's that wears see-through tights/tops, bum shorts, wears no bras and walks around in our public compound seemlessly to desist.
I'm a married man and not from her tribe. I have complained to the land lady, she's not doing any thing. She too she wears no bra.
