I have learnt since, that 99% of people are not always happy for your growth and happiness. Once she has this philosophy about human behavior she will be alright. DeleteWhen Biggie asked her why she lied to Venita, she said "...I betrayed Venita for Angel..." and said she'll speak with them about her role in how things degenerated. She lied to Venita that she (Mercy) pardoned Adekunle and that it was Angel that was the mastermind of how they ended up pardoning Doyin instead of Deks which was a lie. Venita believed Mercy and started giving Angel the silent treatment until Angel told her (Venita) that Mercy lied to her. Na there wahala start. Long story short, they talked their talk in the house and Mercy even cried when Angel was evicted🙄. So, why is she crying and acting the saint again post-show?
Personally, I felt Venita was very silly for asking for PMP for Deks when she did not pardon their consensus candidate (Frodd) the week before. Problem was that Mercy should have been honest and bold enough to tell her the truth to her face rather than lying and putting the blame on Angel instead. The argument that Venita was asking for pardon for a boyfriend she met just 2 weeks prior does not hold water because Angel made them pardon Soma (her own boy too) whom she had only just met as well. Na wetin give Venita liver to ask be that sef. Not to mention how many times they (Mercy, Frodd and Angel) laughed at and mocked Venita behind her back because of Adekunle.
All of them are guilty one way or another. There is no single saint among them. In fact, if I ever wanted to share a secret with someone in their season, it'd be Ilebaye, the youngest of them all but the most emotionally intelligent. That girl sabi close mouth and keep secret ehn! Shebi na because she no gree divulge secret give Doyin na im cause their quarrel and she still didn't tell her. I am not a fan but the truth is the truth.
Let them unfriend, unfollow, un-housemate one another and move on biko. Imagine my shock when Venita revealed that she and Mercy were never close friends like that and that they only talked on the phone maybe twice a year except they met at events. ReplyDeleteIt is never a crime to want more success in life and so she did absolutely nothing wrong by participating in the All-stars season. I for one had the opportunity to watch the Mercy Lambo that I had heard a lot about on this blog.
However, I was very surprised to learn directly from Biggie in her last (or the one before the last) Diary session that it was Ike who provided her the coins with which she bought immunity abi her finale spot in their season😳. The same thing that Cross did this season that they criticised him for.
Ahn-ahn! Which Ike? The same Ike Onyema that she washed and dried in the first or second week? Hian. E shock me o. I thought she was voted to the finale solely by her fans ni o. Since she was obviously strong and Ike was her lover at the time, why was she not selfless enough to tell Ike to buy his spot to the finale so her fans can vote for her? After the show, did she give Ike a percentage of her win for his sacrifice? So, as Mother Teresa, did she plan to help Ike too win this time around? Oh, I forgot neither Ike nor any of the 18 others deserved the win. Na only her deserve am bah? As in, the others were just there to make up the numbers okwa ya?
Some people have accused her and her sister/management of lobbying (with cash) for the 2nd spot when it became obvious she wouldn't win again. They said they swapped her spot with Ceec's. If those are just wicked rumours though, then it's safe to say that if Ilebaye hadn't won (especially after Ike's deliberate actions), she would indeed have won again.
Maria supported her and so did some other celebrities. So, for her to now say ONLY her fans did is unfair to those who stood by her for 10 weeks. From the voting results (cooked or not), her only competition was supposed to be Ceec until the Arisers stood up for Baye especially after Ike's wahala. She is still an odogwuress because she stood against only the majority and MC.
Did she sound entitled in that interview? Yes. Nobody escort her come this life. When she was boasting to Baye about how she was there to win again in the HOH lounge and Baye was clapping for her, what did she think Baye and the rest were there to do? Escort her to grab 120m again as her fans abi?😅🤣. In fact, put her in the same BBN house with 19 of her Mercenaries next week and let us see if the 19 of them would say "just give the 120m to Mercy as our fave. From what me I have seen here and online on different platforms, it is my submission that Mercy Lambo Eke is the most loved BBN HM followed by Cynthia Nwadiora and Ozo.
