Babachir Lawal had claimed that Peter Obi, who was the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the last polls, won the February 25 presidential election and not Bola Ahmed Tinubu as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
However, the APC refuted this claim and challenged Babachir Lawal to provide a detailed breakdown of his so-called ‘aggregated facts sourced from independent sources,’ which he claimed proved that Obi won the election. The party also criticized Lawal for running a commentary on a matter before the Supreme Court.
The APC further accused Lawal of nursing bitterness and vindictiveness over his failed dream of running on a joint ticket with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu. They suggested that Babachir Lawal is in need of professional counseling and deserves collective pity..

Your candidate and his lawyers made such loud noise about documents sourced from INEC, IREV uploads, etc, posting pictures to deceive the ignorant mob he had ammased online. The polling booth witness denied being harassed or assaulted, rendering hearsay about another polling unit (which is of no benefit in court. ) About an agent of his party being beaten up but that he couldn't confirm the incident. DeletePeter Obi and his lawyers got to court and refused to quote a single one of the IREV and other documents . The judge got it right when he said the only reason they did not tender any of the evidence was because they had perused it and have seen that it is not in their favour. He came his 3rd position jeje and didn't win his religious war. You can continue to delude yourself with bogus claims.
