I call the sleepless nights 4trimester cos the shege of being awake till 4am is no joke.

I think the cs pain increases as one grow more older, the body feel it more.

As for the tummy,I didn't do anything serious than taking hot peppersoup and drinking warm water always.

  10. Congrats.... for the tummy I think it really depends on your body, some will get they flat tummy almost immediately after delivery while some will take time and others might never go back to the way they tummy was before pregnancy. Me today is 11 days after delivery and my tummy has gone back to how flat it was before delivery,I did not tie anything,no pressing of hot water,no drinking of warm water or anything. The tummy is just very dark with pregnancy line but for flat it's very flat

  12. Congrats uche. Leave your tummy , it will go down. Just don't eat strong food, eat more of liquid foods like cereals, pap, beverages and soft solids like very soft semo, soft Amala, soft yam porridge, etc

  13. Congratulations Uche, motherhood journey is very dynamic. Eat healthy, follow your doctor's instructions, very soon your tummy will surely go down by itself.

    2. @16:46 ode, do you think everyone will rush into marriage all in the name of having kids on time??? Do you even think it’s easy raising kids especially in this damn economy and age? Everything is literally expensive and sometimes some women wait to build their careers so their kids won’t suffer. Be more open minded! Like anon 09:36 mentioned, everyone has their time.

    3. @ 16.46 What about you, have you started having kids or waiting for your time. Have the ones you can feed, not the ones you will be begging for money to feed Mrs timekeeper.

  15. Many new mothers here use 'aju mbaise' after delivery. They say it reduces the tummy size.

  20. Exactly what I’m going through now. New born phase is not easyyy! Waking up every 2-3 hours, postpartum depression has definitely messed me up and just overall emotional/irritated. Motherhood is definitely not easy but sooo worth it.
