The thespian stated this in a recent interview with TVC, while debunking speculations that infidelity on his part could be the reason for his recent separation from his wife, Bunmi.
He said, “The truth has no lies in it, number one. And number two, you can’t wear a mask [pretend] for six months, not even saying a year or five years.
“You [interviewers] are all ladies, and you’re journalists. And I know you guys are everywhere; in the blogs and everything. In the past five, six, seven years have you heard of infidelity about me? Have you heard of domestic violence?
“And, if you have a woman, any kind of woman in today’s world where people must be heard. A woman as beautiful as the one I celebrated. First of all, none of you guys knew that woman until I brought her out to celebrate her. Everything you celebrate today is of me celebrating that woman.
“She’s not a star. She became a star through my love. Get that fact very clear. When I meet another woman tomorrow and I fell in love, I will do exactly the same thing. I’m a lover.”
The actor and his wife are currently estranged and on the path to divorcing because of Irreconciliable differences..

DeleteThis appearance on TVC was to promote his brand but the ladies delved into his personal life and at the end of that interview, he let them know that he was very disappointed at the type of questions they asked. They were practically drooling over him.
It was cringy to watch.
Morayo had to apologise over and over again cos she was the main culprit.
It's that single interview that the newspapers are posting in piece meals.
I have written it here before. When SDK makes this types of posts, she posts only excerpts (portions) of a story. Or paraphrases to ease her audiences' reading experience.

I think that interview caught the attention of the authorities hence the need to convince them it was real via consnt flauting.

ReplyDeleteI think his infidelity and betrayals in the first half of her marriage really broke something in her because they started out with puppy love. When a woman realises that she can go it alone, it takes unending divine grace to get her back or keep her.
ReplyDeleteHaving found her feet and raised two kids largely alone while he found his way and built his brand in Nigeria, she also dated and probably had defined boundaries since she was independent.
She may have come back for her kids but she always came across as a private person and I wonder why he continued to refuse to see that. He was still stuck at 17,.
I pray God helps the entire family as they move on and by God's grace, the children will be fine.
