      Omotola, you don't mean it. I can never try cold water in this weather, I will fall sick.
      I have a friend, even if she gives birth, she dares not use hot water, something bad will happen. She said it is an abomination in her place to bath with hot water. She said even new born baby is bathed with cold water. She is from a town in Osun state.

      @Asia,cold water is a beauty therapy too,using too much hot water to bath wrinkles your skin,if there is cold you make the water lukewarm..

      But everyday hot water is a No,doesn’t matter the cream you use or food you eat;it will wrinkle gradually..

      Another thing;after bathing and you need to apply cream;don’t use towel to dry all the water,leave some then apply cream on top,then air dry or use the fan so the water and cream will settle on your skin wella..

    Bvs please come to my aid. I miscarried early last month and had to undergo a DnC. It's been 3 weeks now and all of a sudden, I am having this great discomfort in my abdomen and pain, especially my lower abdomen. My abdomen aches when i sneeze or press it in. I am slalso having bad cramps. Its so bad that I had to take pain killers. The pain killers kill the pains but that lasts for less than 6 hours. I called my gynae and he said its normal and it's just my system trying to adjust (he claims the pain is due to the fact that my period supposed to have come at around this time).

    I am scared.

    The Fisherman and The Businessman

    Walk with me to the end of this tale:

    A popular story is told of a fisherman who was resting one day and was approached by a businessman. This is how the story goes:

    "One day a fisherman was lying on a beautiful beach, with his fishing pole propped up in the sand and his solitary line cast out into the sparkling blue surf. He was enjoying the warmth of the afternoon sun.

    About that time, a businessman came walking down the beach, trying to relieve some of the stress of his workday. He noticed the fisherman sitting on the beach and decided to find out why this fisherman was resting instead of fishing.

    “You should be working rather than lying on the beach,” said the businessman.

    The fisherman looked up at the businessman, smiled and replied, “And what will my reward be?”

    “Well, you can get bigger nets and catch more fish!” was the businessman’s answer.

    “And then what will my reward be?” asked the fisherman, still smiling.

    “You will make money and you’ll be able to buy a boat, and catch more fish!” the businessman replied,

    “And then what will my reward be?”

    The businessman was beginning to get a little irritated with the fisherman’s questions. “You can buy a bigger boat, and hire some people to work for you!” he said.

    “And then what will my reward be?” repeated the fisherman.

    “Don’t you understand?" The businessman yelled, angry. "You can buy a fleet of fishing boats, sail all over the world, and let all your employees catch fish for you!”

    Once again the fisherman asked, “And then what will my reward be?”

    “You will become so rich that you will never have to work for your living again!" the businessman shouted. "You can spend all the rest of your days sitting on this beach, looking at the sunset. You won’t have a care in the world!”

    The fisherman, still smiling, looked up and said, “And what do you think I’m doing right now?”

    Find a system that works for you.

    The Fisherman had a system that worked for him - work small and rest small. He was so grounded in that system, that the Businessman's grandiose plans and promise of more earnings didn't make him budge an inch.

    Good morning Stella, good morning everyone. I want to say a big thank you to Stella, she indeed is an angel. Through the platform she created, people are being blessed. I got help from here when I asked for cash to treat sores all over my body. I was diagnosed with filariasis but didn't have a dime to eat, let alone buy drugs. God used Stella, two angels from this blog and angel KOOF to bless me with 10 thousand naira and 50 thousand (from angel KOOF) respectively.     I lost my beloved father in the early hours yesterday, just like that no signs nothing. Omo it’s like my heart was ripped open, the pain is unexplainable
