Hmmmm
ReplyDeleteThis post didn't state the reason for the annulment but I will state it here so that people will understand. The reason was that INEC didn't upload the results on the iREV in real time and as a result, APC manipulated the figures and rigged the election. That was exactly what two out of the three judges passed as verdict.
ReplyDeleteThe mainstream media and journalist always have a way of subverting the true position of things in their reportage. This is how low journalism in the country have dived and fallen.
This is to set the record straight.
PEPT said no law mandated INEC to transmit results to iRev , therefore petitioners does not have enough evidence to validate that INEC rigged in favor of Bola Tinubu
BUT
Kaduna election Tribunal said failure of INEC to transmit result electronically as stated in the electoral act allowed apc to rig the election therefore declared the election inconclusive
Same issues but different judgement.
WOW!!!!
Do you now see why I refused to argue with those who were chanting ''Labour party didn't present evidence or their case very well''. I knew they were sentimental, economical with the truth and probably had corns in their pockets.
It's so good the truth about the iREV is coming out. Mahmoud Yakubu will never be forgotten for this monumental electoral heist he pulled in Nigeria along side the five judges who aided the criminality in their kangaroo judgment.
Judges be cashing out. Una well done. Na the masses dey suffer😭
ReplyDeleteOkie dokie
ReplyDeleteThe purported sack was an erroneous report. The punch newspapers that originated the story has retracted it. The governor was not sacked. The PDP is heading to the appeal court since it is dissatisfied with the tribunal ruling.
ReplyDeleteGo back and read the news bro.
Delete@Dog true. It was a split judgement 2 to 1.
DeleteIt is well
