''My aunt and uncle were not in town so their gateman sat outside with the neighbors daughter watching film on his phone; she's about 7 years old, hours later they started looking for the girl meanwhile gateman had gone to town and the gate was locked from outside:
People gathered when they heard they were looking for the girl, gatemans number wasn't going through, they called my uncle and told him his gateman was the last person they saw the girl with,he quickly called his brother and the company that employed the gateman to rush to the house cos crowd had gathered and some people were already calling for blood.
Gateman came back and someone first slapped him before asking where the girl was cos he didn't have her with him,some youths and the girls parents insisted that they knew him as a very quiet person who can't hurt a fly but one woman from the crowd was saying they should beat him up then he would confess what he did with the girl.
He told them the last time he saw her was when they watched film and then he attended to the garden outside before going out that he didn't take her with him,it was a child at the next compound that recalled seeing the girl sneak into the compound alone so they entered to search for her, going round they didn't see her.When they went near the cars they heard someone knocking from the booth, of one of the cars,this cars tyres are flat cos it hasn't been driven for years,no battery inside either so they couldn't open the booth cos the car is automatic.
Luckily the doors were open so they were able to open the back door and found this girl inside the booth. She was already dehydrated and almost gone cos she had been in that locked booth for more than three hours and the weather was very hot that day, when she regained herself a bit after they poured her water and asked her how she ended up there and she said she sneaked into the compound when the gateman wasn't looking, she opened the back door entered the car and crawled in-between the seat at the back to the booth to hide but when she tried to come out she couldn't.
Why was she hiding she said she wanted to play inside the compound and didn't want the gateman to drive her out cos my aunt banned them from entering into her compound when they opened her freezer without permission and started taking juice they found inside that's why she hid herself.
Thanks to God for preventing the gateman from being lynched and for the girl to still be alive when she was finally found''....

Respecting wishes/intentions of tithe payers, I don't believe in it. I don't see the reconciliation between not having work or money for some time and once money enters your hand, you're told or reminded to pay tithe. That's when preachers of "1st fruit" will come out. All the while one was broke, who helped him out? I believe in charity work, helping who I believe needs help, giving my offerings to the church and supporting church projects. The church no doubt is richer than the individual so seeing people struggling and being cajoled and made to feel guilty into parting with the "little" they have is not good.
ReplyDeleteThe worst part for me is seeing pastors preaching that sick people or those that life happened to are passing through life because they're not paying tithe. Really?
Tithe paying is not and will not be race to heaven. Some of these pastors live very very comfortable lives off the back of their members. Church hardly gives money to her members to start business but occasionally gives "palliatives" as if in some cases, a carton of Indomie should last a life time. Church needs money, it tasks members, members need money, they're told to pray. A case of stay warm, God bless you during winter when you have warm clothes and blankets you can give the person.
When your tithes help build schools you can't afford for your children, I wonder what that is.
The video of a church procession went viral last week where members marched in mud, dirty water and the pastor drove in front with his Jeep.
Not discouraging tithe believers and payers but helping the needy should be paramount.

ReplyDeleteSo I have these rashes very tiny on my face. Once I use funbact A it clears the rashes after 2 days most. Now I'm tired of using funbact A, please who knows of a good cream or drug that can clear these rashes completely.

Good Afternoon Neighbour's ✌🏻 👍
Thank God the girl was found alive. That was how one of my Friend's kids and her Neighbour's son got trapped in a functioning deep freezer while they were playing" hide and seek'. She had gone to work leaving them with the house maid. If not for God she for don run mad. The elder one of her sons about 7years old, when he heard them banging the freezer, ran out to call the housemaid who ran to call Neighbours. Thank God they were lucky to be rescued. The boys were almost gone. No one told her before she immediately did external lock to the freezer. May God protect these children and parents please be safety cautious at all time. Let us not wait to experience something bad before putting safety measures in place.
