Start by being conscious of your appearance, the way you walk, talk, disposition and mindset.
DeleteWear feminine clothes esp gowns. Wear light make up.
Be intentional about being feminine.
If you weren't making your hair before, start making it and if you prefer low cut, cut styles that will make u look more ladylike.
Wear earrings that suits your face and the hair you have on at that moment. Wear dresses that are suitable for your body type. What looks good on miss A and B may not look good on Miss C.

DeleteThen you can do herbal stuff: Soak Cloves and Ginger into hot water, allow it to sit then once it is warm or lukewarm. Hold it a bit in your mouth before you swallow..

Have you been to the dentist? I had it for the longest time and kept changing toothpastes to no avail. The dentist was able to find out it was because some nerves or so around the root of my teeth was exposed from vigorous/excessive brushing, so he covered it up with a light paste like that and voila, tooth sensitivity gone.
DeleteN/B: You might need to keep going for refill every few years if yours is same case as mine. After 3 years, I can see mine is beginning to get eroded little by little.

Stop using hard toothbrush. I was having the same issue. I went to see the dentist and he told me to stop using hard toothbrush and change my toothpaste to Sensodyne rapid action. Since then, it has stopped.

But make sure your madam will be the understanding and considerate type because some may even frustrate you out because you are not helping them with work. You can talk to her about it.
