Now someone was telling me that soaking it like that literally washes all the vitamins away and it won't have any benefits to my body again if eaten pls. can someone tell me how true this is?
ReplyDeleteI don’t know how true that is but in our house we just add plenty of water to the beans and when it boils we sieve out all the water and add fresh one to it just so we can get rid of that chemical. It’s basically just you parboiling and washing it just like you would when you’re cooking rice. Hope this helps😊
