Big Brother Naija season 8 All Stars housemate Mercy Eke has revealed that she returned to the show to prove herself to viewers who believe she only won the 2019 edition because her rival, Tacha Akide was disqualified.
In a conversation with co housemate, Cross Okonkwo, Mercy said she also knows that many fan bases would be against her this time around, and she wanted to see them try to stop her from winning.
In her words;
“They said if not for Tacha’s disqualification I wouldn’t have won, that’s why I came back...
“I also came back because I know fan bases will be against me and I am going to win this show
“I want to see them try. God will give me numbers that they haven’t seen before.”
She got very emotional during her diary session with Biggie on Tuesday. She said the housemates were making it seem like she's greedy coming back to the show for a second time after winning the 2019 edition of the show.

I watched this real time and I legit felt her emotions. She said people say a lot of hurtful words online to put her down. The #1 being that she won ONLY because of Tacha's disqualification.

The shock for me was Adekunle who was so pained by her task win yesterday and told Neo and Cross how it's about to be evicted people that win the week's task. This one shock me walahi. He is so blinded by the hate that instead of fighting for himself to not be evicted, he is certain she will be 😁😁😁😁

Venita and Adekunle are alike in character, only difference is Venita makes it obvious while Adekunle is crafty and sly. They are two very bitter, envious and insecure people.

ReplyDeleteThat's the conspiracy Ike started with Venita and it spread like wild fire in the house that even those that benefitted from Mercy's largesse are the arrow heads to pull her down. Unfortunately, Adekunle got caught up in the scheme to please aunty.
ReplyDeleteTacha's camp and what they discuss in their WhatsApp group always is this; she would have won if not disqualified. This particular argument Ike foolishly was peddling and got to where Cece was and Cece told him that they were in the house and did not know how massive Mercy's support/fans/base were. That she, Cece knew she was strong during her time but Mercy was stronger. Ike kept quiet like a log of wood that got water sprinkled on.
Tacha and her supporters should know the difference between being popular and being notorious. All the time she was calling Mercy fake, no one knew she did not have money to live the life she admired while being envious. Now she got the money, has she not tried living the fake life? She did her butt, teeth. Breast? Her supporters keep saying and believing Big Brother could not afford her coming as an All Star. Funny. Having an oversized impression of yourself is being delusional
Venbitter and Ike that are one of the highest beneficiaries of Mercy's good heart were heard saying that Mercy has everything going for her. Really? I will like to see the look on Venbitter's face when she leaves the house before Illebaye. Let's not forget Venbitter was the first to bully Illebaye.

She them said, is he trying to get her disqualified or kill her to ensure so?
Then she said she left her house to the show because she wanted to win and. She believes she can win.
Cross kept asking her why she think she will. She said, she believes Gid will make it happen and she will give it her best shot.
She then stated she knows the hate for no just cause on her and how even her previous win, she's still being abused and shamed about it claims being because of disqualification of T. That she belied it wasn't so and this time around it will happen and ghe dosen't want anyone to be disqualified so such narrative shouldn't repeat itself again.
She went further to say, even people that didn't believe in her win before, will now because she will win again. That she trust God to make it happen.
Cross kept pushing her further and she told him there's no reason why she dosen't deserve to win. And claims because she has won before isn't fair on her.
